When I arrive a grumpy man charged me for double than in the website. The place is a mess, for sure the cheapest in town, but you could find better place for the price the guy was charging me!

As others have said, this is a budget hostel. Don't expect any kind of luxury but do expect a solid, safe, quiet and cozy place to stay with caring staff. The location is ideal. Sunbathing on the rooftop is nice.

They didn't want to count the pre-book money into the price. Later, they wanted count more money than it was previously discussed (78 peso per night instead of 70). There were bedbugs in the bed. And one spring stood out from the bed.

A gawd amful place-lead paint peeling off the walls, filthy rooms. Avoid Kankun and Cancun. Merida is so much nicer!

This place needs to have a serious look at what it's doing. The beds were terrible. Rooms were hot all night, despite outside temperatures not being that bad. The shower head was a beer can with holes punched through it. All of the facilities were not up to scratch. You could not pay me to go back and I have been travelling on a shoes string.

This is a cheap hostel for a reason - it´s really dirty and the paint is flaking off the walls. The shower is a pipe coming out of the wall with no showerhead. Probably the worst hostel I have stayed at on my trip.
