Nice and clean hostel, friendly staff. Hot showers. Not very busy at the moment i was there. Hostel had nice terras with big tv.

Place suffers from deal breakers. On the second floor there are 2 bathrooms but only 1 works. The other one has no water pressure which leaves one shower for 14 beds. The trash bin in the bathroom was overflowing with dirty toilet paper and smelled awful. The upstairs lounge would be great but there was trash laying around and the couches were dirty. Everything was mostly covered with a sheet to probably avoid this but that made things seem odd. The bottom bunk beds were totally worn out.

Kasa guane is the most amazing hostel i ve stayed at during my trip in latin america. Pure cosy atmosphere, really friendly and helpful staff. the location is perfect: located in a really safe area, close to the best places to go out at night and to eat during the day. Great facilities, the only thing missing is a swimming pool. I definitely recommend this great hostel

Well located, excellently run hostel with good spacious dorms and hot water showers. Plenty of information of things to do in and around buca. Great social areas. Above all, an extremely helpful and friendly staff. If you are going to buca, don‘t bother looking somewhere else, just book this hostel. Thanks for the great stay.

The hostel has a nice roof-top bar, friendly staff, the two shared showers for the dorms are appropriate - though only one had hot water. There has not been much of an investment into this place, but it is a decent choice nevertheless. Do NOT stay in the upstairs dorm with balcony if you intend to sleep past 6am: the hostel is located on a busy street and part of the window front only has a mosquito net (no glass) which means the noise is really quite loud. Lockers are in the communal area

Good location. Staff was helpful. Nice chill out lounge area on the top floor. Noisy on Friday and Saturday nights though because this becomes a bar area open to the public. The rest of the week it was okay.

staff is very friendly and helpful, I had an excellent stay

A very homey hostel situated in the best part of Bucaramanga. Friendly and attentive staff plus a nice social vibe! A lot of activities to take part in, or if you prefer you can just hang out in the lovely balcony. They offer nice food at daytime

Pleased with neighbourhood and helpfulness of staff. Had we been planning any activities in the area, we would have booked through this hostel.

Stayed there for about one week and I really liked it! Think it's one of the best hostels you can find in Bucaramanga!

Good location and a great rooftop terrace.

The best thing was the 24-hour manned front desk. Poor value relates to the double room. We paid just COP$20,000 (US$10) more for a much cleaner and more modern 3-star hotel in Bogata.
