The hostel was good but facilities in my room were very poor: most of all my bed was terrible not confortable at all. Staff kind but not very sociable. Poor English and not very able to help with turistic informations.

We stay for a weekend at the hostel and we are so surprised about the friendly staffs, clean rooms and it's so close to the rail station and the centrum. That's a very good Hostel for this price. every time again

I spent three night in this Hostel. It is very close to the train Station and the main street. It is clean and the receptionists, Monika and Natalia, are super HELPFUL. The hostel would be a hostel but it is something between a hostel and accommodation. the bunk beds are very old and noisy. It seem i slept on wood. The windows are double glass but there are many draughts. It is better to sleep far from the windows. In the kitchen there are just a kettle, a very small cooker, a fridge, dishes.

Staff was friendly. The rooms are very good value for their cost. Great location.

Place is mainly a hotel with a few dorms rooms. No Breakfast but free tea and coffee. Very cool receptionist I met there who helped me out with a few things. Recommended.

Stayed here for a quick overnight. Was very clean, staff was helpful, just a place to rest your head not to meet people or party.

Security is mediocre to get in, big individual lockers. Super close to train station

Quite close to the main railway station and easy to access. It's really bargain, but the soundproof of the room could be better otherwise nothing be picky.

Owner/staff have no idea what a hostel is/should be like. They've probably never been to a real one.Hotel vibe, no atmosphere.Staff are loud every morning and wake you up, cause of paper thin walls. here hasn't been a night/morning without being woken up.They don't care.A guy overdosed on morphine and almost died in the hostel.Ambulance and cops.Beds don't have actual mattresses, but some foam thingies.Would really not recommend, but not a lot of options in Katowice. Staff would need a guy.

Bed sheets, pillows etc. look as if they are ten to twenty years old. The same accounts for the showers. It was kind of disgusting. There is only one upper light in every room, no additional small lamps. There are only two pluggs in a room for four people. This place is not really made for a hostel. And at least during my stay it was mostly used by man working in Katowice during the week, which is totaly fine, if they would not get drunk during the night and be extremely loud.

Nice place. More of a hotel vibe but the staff was really nice!

Clean hostel on a nice location (just behind the central station). Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, really luxurious shower for a hostel, and lockers in the room. Only disadvantage was that there was not a power socket at every bed, but since I was the only guest in the 3-bed room for me, that was not really an issue.
