This was a good place to spend a night in Punta Arenas after arriving at the airport. The room was warm and comfortable, with hot water in the bathroom in the morning. The owner was lovely and provided a nice breakfast. We didnt see any other travelers while we were there, but it was low season. The place was in the process of being refurbished. I think it will be great when it's done.
