We only stayed one night in a double bed en suite. Front desk, dining room, computer, and kitchen were downstairs behind lock and key (of the owner) so there was absolutely no character at this hostel. The only way to get in is to walk outside, then down a flight of stairs, & then ring the bell unless the door's already open. Very impersonal. Ricardo was nice enough to set up breakfast early for us since we were doing Isla Magdalena at 6:50am. Shower was hot & good pressure. Not ideal hostel

Hostel Keoken had the most comfortable bed we've slept in on our South American trip. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Supermarket and only 7 blocks from the center of town.

Hostel Keoken was a great place to stay because my boyfriend and I needed some R&R and a break from the dorm rooms. The breakfast is wonderful and the owners were very helpful with many things. Definitely recommend this place.

7 blocks from city centre, great water pressure in showers, extremely helpful staff

The hostel was clean, comfortable and located about 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I have had in Sth America. The kitchen was well equipped but the common space was a little small.
