Hostel Kiev Backpackers is an English, German and Ukrainian owned and operated hostel 300 meter away from the stadium of the EURO 2012.
We are by far the easiest hostel to find in Kiev. We are the closest Kiev hostel to a Metro station (metro Lva Tolstogo - 70 meters).
We are the only city center hostel with a traditional Ukrainian sauna.
The underground entrance to two 24hour super markets and a shoping mall is only 15 meters from our hostel entrance
Like most hostels in Ukraine we have hot water 24/7. Don't believe the misinformation that only a few exclusive hostels in Kiev have hot water.
Arena City complex (with the Pinchuk Art Gallery) is just 200 meters away, Kreschatik (Kiev's main street) is 190 meters walk.

The hostel offers a friendly Ukrainian hospitality and Western management standards. Giving a high standard of service to all our guests is our top priority - and we cannot and will not be beaten on price or standards.

The Hostel Kiev Backpackers has the only organised pub crawl tours in Kiev.
As well as having a sauna and a cold room, our hostel has a fully equipped kitchen with pans, cooking trays etc., and a dishwasher.
The Common Room has a balcony, Wi-Fi and a computer, plasma TV with surround-sound DVD, a DVD collection, English and German TV channels.
Our hostel is located within easy reach of all the embassies, including the Russian embassy. We offer special discounts and assistance for people who have to renew their Russian visa.

Latest Review
Achim leads a social environment here, from cooking dinner for everyone, to taking them out to a cool bar at night. If you stay here, your sure to have a social time, meet people, and have a good time overall. Bring earplugs though. Also, it seemed there were very few women staying here. But, I think that is characteristic of Ukraine -- that few women travel here alone.
