Awesome building and property. Very close to center and free parking space saved us a good amount of money. Definately recommend

I booked a double private room, but got a twin bed room. Since i was solo, it made a big difference. If you decide to stay in this hostel, you'd better stay in the dorm. by the way, Krumlov is way tooooo touristy and the whole old town is now just restaurants, souvenir shops and hotels. It looks beautiful from the top, but becomes boring when you are walking in it. I stayed for 2 nights and it was kind of too long because there was not much to see really.

Great place to meet other travelers for those interested in sightseeing over pub crawls and drinking. Hostel environment without the 1 a.m. party. Small lockers but some of them had power plugs inside to charge your electronics while away. No noisy bunk beds! Staff was very helpful in coordinating last minute transportation over a holiday. The hostel was walkable from the south student agency bus terminal without much difficulty.

Spent two nights here and it was a relaxing getaway. The hostel is clean and cozy, a great place for couples as well. Location is great too, right next to the old town and within walking distance to the main bus station. Staff was helpful and gave us a map of things to do. Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed in a twin with ensuite and it was great. Lots of space, privacy, cooking facilities and helpful staff. The location was perfect. we asked for more blankets which were instantly provided. Staff were cheerful and an extra bed was even made up in our room which had a queen size bed, since we were sisters-in-law. It was a tranquil three nights and a welcome break from the bustle of large cities.

I can't think of a single criticism. The hostel was lovely and cosy, Caroline was friendly and helpful (especially with much need power adaptors and chargers), and the location is perfect. Thanks!

Thanks for your nice comments, and next time you find something not working correctly please tell the staff. In this case, the showerhead was loose. All it took was a wrench, a twist and presto fixo! See you next time :)

This is a very beautiful Hostel, well located between train station and old town. The bedroom are spacious (no bed bunks) and the common room very cosy. (sofa, board games, accoustic guitare..) Its a great place to stay one or two days at Cesky Krumlov. The atmosphere is nice and the staff friendly. One of my favourite Hostel.

Great spot. Very cozy and relaxing. Staff were super informative and friendly. The "living room" was great too, with the guitars and numerous DVDs. Highly recommended!

Great ambiance in the hostel, I really enjoyed the people and the facilities like the kitchen and the common room. However 2 things bugged me : - the bathroom for the dorm is maybe too small (if you take a shower there is water everywhere) - for the shoes, we would have like a locker to put it rather than let them at the entrance

Thanks for your comments. It's true the dorm bathroom isn't big, but you shouldn't have gotten water everywhere. Shower curtains aren't just for show :) And there are lockers in the dorms. If you felt your shoes were unsafe in the front hallway, you could easily lock them up. But believe me, no one is interested in stealing shoes. Especially travelers' shoes :) Happy trails and thanks for staying with us, Krumlov House

I really loved this hostel. It felt more like a home than most places. Really great place to stay and a nice and welcomed change of pace from the hostels in bigger cities.

We drove there, so it's good to have it close to main road, and they offer free parking. We had a 2-person apartment. The room is nice, really feel like medieval style. The bed is really big. The staff is nice.

By far the best hostel I've stayed at. Great facilities, no bunks and amazing staff. Viva la Krumlov.

Favourite hostel to date. Great newly done kitchen, cool common area, nice atmosphere where you feel like you're a bunch of strangers who all decided to rent a big house for the weekend. Only reason I didn't leave my first 100% review was because the didgerdoo was rudely snatched from me at 10:30am by one of the staff who had woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Then another staff immediately had a go at me. left a bad feeling on waking and departure. Caroline the owner is fantastic though.
