the security was pretty poor; there was a new (often surly) staff member at reception nearly every time i entered or left the hostel and it was a buzz in system...meaning anyone could come in; the staff didnt ever try and verify my identity as a guest. Coupled with the fact that the doors to the rooms were really difficult to shut (they couldnt be shut without inserting the key back into the lock from the outside, extremely frustrating). this meant that most guests left the dorm room door opthe security was pretty poor; there was a new (often surly) staff member at reception nearly every time i entered or left the hostel and it was a buzz in system...meaning anyone could come in; the staff didnt ever try and verify my identity as a guest. The best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff is friendly, their dogs are adorable, the kitchen is clean, the rooms are spacious...it's in a safe area, and if you follow the directions exactly, it's easy to find.

Without a doubt the best hostel I've stayed at.. The only reason I extended my stay in naples was because I didn't want to leave. The staff is so nice and friendly, helps you out in anything you need. Feels more like a family than a business. Thanks guys!!Without a doubt the best hostel I've stayed at.. My friend and I stayed recently at this hostel. It was the best hostel I have ever stayed at and I would recommend it in an instant for anyone from anywhere- everything was just right! The staff were helpful, friendly and fun. The kitchen facilities are great, there is a good free breakfast and good size rooms. The location is fairly central and everything you need is close by, including a great restaurant up the street! You must stay here! Also, ask them to teach you how to cook and they will!My friend and I stayed recently at this hostel. Good hostel. Fantastic staff, good facilities, wireless internet & nice kitchen. The bathroom could definately be improved though -- perhaps some shelving, and neeeeds a hook to hang your towel/clothes please. There's nowhere to change (esp if you're in a mixed dorm). very nice stay in this hostel. clean dorms and friendly staff. The showers could be a little be more modern that's all.Location-wise: Hostel is very close to the metro but not centrally located so I would not recomment it if you plan to party in naples city center til dawn. Nice Pizzeria up the street, but not much else around and the bar in the hostel was always close. Would come again when visiting Naples.very nice stay in this hostel. clean dorms and friendly staff.
