We originally booked this hostel, but the owner contacted me the day before and moved me to Hostel Beautiful, which was a little annoying. However, the new location was very central, only two blocks from Termini Station which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful, they told me how to get to monuments and even let me borrow a converter for my plugs. The facilities were okay, I didn't take a shower during my stay because the shower looked dirty. Overall average stay, good for budget.

The staff at Hotel Lella were very helpful, especially the night/early morning manager. He was very friendly and accommodating! Provided good information and made us feel welcomed! Hotel Lella is also in a good area near the main train station so it makes traveling easier!

It was a great stay, I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the place. We had booked wrong rooms and staff so so kind to give us the one that suits our needs with no problem. Rooms are equipped perferctly for the short stay, there is nice anmd cheap caffee just next corner (with coffee in big cups!) and supermarket if you need. Location is very good, not right in center but in convinient walking distance to subway, and in the bus stop just on the opposite side of the hotel's door. PERFECT!

Very nice hostel which is actually the hotel. Big and very nice furnished double room. I like you have offered the towels for free. Even i like the stay there quite much , the room was cold and it´s impossibel to heat there! You should remove the balck mold form the shower.

the staffs are very kind and talkative especially the ones from Bangladesh :)) they always try to help u. The location is very close to Roma termini it takes max 15 min by foot but for Vaticano, ruins , center or Colessium you should take a bus or I prefer walking because the weather in Rome is always nice. Everything is nice except internet because there is no internet connection in the rooms you are required to go to the place of reception to use it. Lastly the breakfast is not included

Slightly strange setup with it being more a hotel rather hostel, but for Rome the value was good and our room was clean. Wifi in lobby only, with not much space. No common areas. Breakfast at local cafe was a good inclusion, but you need to ask for it.

The desk man Ali was amazing, helpful and humorous. The location is an easy stroll from central station. We had the 3 bed on the 5th floor and were amazed at the room. It was clean, unique and had access to a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Its located in the midst of many embassy's so if safety is your concern no worries.

Really cold room. Heated up by the staff, but they kept the remote control! Extra "fee" upon arrival...

My shower flooded the room, walls were paper thin, spotty wifi and only in the hallway. There really is no lobby to speak of and the noise is in arable- from the 'lobby' and the street.

This was a wonderful hostel. If you are in need of a great, cheap, comfortable stay in Rome. I would recommend Hostel Lella. The staff was incredibly nice and were so helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were also really great! It is a safe location and at a walkable distance from major monuments. Also, really close to the metro! You even get a complementary breakfast at a nearby cafe! It was a great experience staying here!

First off the staff was really friendly and didn't mind our late-night returns. The location is not super central but with about 1/2-hours walking you can be at the Colosseum. It was great that we had a private room--for 15 euros/night this seemed like a great deal and really helped with security worries. Also, I loved the breakfast ticket for a nearby bar. Great way to do breakfast and a lot tastier than other hostel breakfasts I've had!

Hostel Lella was great! I had a room to myself for a few days, with my own bathroom and great wifi connection. The location is ideal- so close to the Termini and not far from the big tourist locations like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. Your breakfast is a croissant of your choice and a coffee at a nice cafe only a block or two away. I lost my wallet when in Rome and my host, Ali showed me so much kindness and generosity. Thanks Ali!
