Hostel Lika Reviews

I ve stayed at hostel lika from the 3rd till the 6th of may. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and most important thing is that this place is really clean. It looks really cute from inside. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They did really care about us as customers. Around the hostel you can find bunch of markets to buy food and its close to the center by taking the tram. I want to thank the hostel lika team very much for their support and hospitality. Great time:-)

Some noise at night but we still could sleep ;-)

We stayed at Hostel Lika for just one night, while passing through Croatia on our journey. This hostel is located a bit off from the centre, but you will reach it easily by tram, about 5 stops from the railway station. Just follow the yellow feet! ;) Lika seemed quite quiet, but we think it was because of the spring season just before the easter. Our room was clean and cozy, also had good amount of closets. Bathroom was spacious with a tub. Good place for a couple of nights stay in Zagreb.

I know it's cheap and I know it's out of season, but I guess a lit bit more care could have been provided, like... where is the common room?? Also funny smell in the room and no additional commodity working ("atmosphere" lamp in room didn't work, no bulb in mirror light in the toilette), really squeaky beds.... to sum it up: don't expect more than the essential, but with just a little effort could be nicer and cosy.

Overall stay was very good. I especially liked the cleanliness and the location of the hostel, it's just 2 tram station away from the main bus terminal. Also the city center is easily reachable. The only thing that could have been better was the room heating, not warm enough due to outside weather circumstances.

the place is not far from the city centre (and you'll find a bus stop next to the hostel), and the staff is really helpful. zagreb is pretty and cheap!
