Me and my mum we stayed in this hostel for 3 nights, i booked for us a twin room private, so its not really typical hostel experience. In general i'm satisfyed with our stay. Stuff was helpful and friendly. One big disadvantage was that our room was on the 4th floor!! they have an elevator in the building BUT it didnt work at the moment.. and the building is REALLY high having only 5 floors. The room was clean, rather modern(both the batheroom). I would stay there again and advise it to friends

I stayed here on a Saturday and Friday night , I paid 40 euros for a 10 bed dorm only to be told in the morning breakfast was not included ( 5 euro extra or else pay more a private room ) one member of staff was very rude on reception, a rip off , Amsterdam is pure robbery on a Saturday.

Need better customer service, and stop selling WiFi if it is not going to work in th rooms. The attitude of "We Don't know why it isn't working on your computer" was disingenuous. The other 4 hotels on this trip in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea I did not have any problems with the internet.

we were in a "deluxe double room" for 25€ / person / night. It was good for that money, I thought it will be worser. the cleanliness was avarege, the condition of the room is a bit neglected (lakeage on the wall, painting-blob on the carpet) and you have to pay additional costs for the breakfast and for the wifi as well. to get over there you have to take a tram.

The Hostel was gross. I stayed in a room that was in the basement. The room smelled and the bathroom had water all over it and the shower seemed to flood. I also was placed into a room with 10 people when I reserved a room for 6. I was fairly busy and I didn't notice that I had been placed in a room for 10 until my last day. I asked if I could get the difference back, but the person at the desk was very unpleasant and not willing to help.
