Lady at the front desk needs to smile more and just be more cheerful. Every room has only one key so you have to leave it at reception, very annoying. Kitchen is very big and clean, and they have good food naming and placement system. They have two fridges which is great. Kitchen lacks some utencils. Outside area near bbq is very loud at night so keeps those staying in those rooms close by awake and very annoyed with those who wish to stay up and drink and party late,
