Hostel Lourdes is a great place to stay while visiting Rosario. Hector, the owner is a really nice guy and will help you out with anything you need. Not bad but had a few problems with it. The sheets didnīt seem clean and I got bitten a few times in the night. Facilities were limited and it more felt like a place just to crash out and sleep for a night. If you donīt speak Spanish you may struggle. Not bad but had a few problems with it. A grand hostel, staff working there exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered consists of 3 packaged crackers, and tea and suger satchets, so essentially you have to provide your own. If possible request rooms away from the road as it is very busy.A grand hostel, staff working there exceptionally helpful and friendly. Probably the best hostel we have stayed in, rooms are nice and the hostel itself feels like a home. The difference was made by Hector the owner who cooked us a typical Argentinian lunch and was always there to help us. I would also recommend taking the learn spanish course organised by the hostel with Stephi, really helpful and genuine. If you don't stay here then you are a fool. Trust me, you will love it.Probably the best hostel we have stayed in, rooms are nice and the hostel itself feels like a home. solid little hostel, but not magic
You better speak well spanish, to stay there, it's mainly frequented by locals, the owners life there, it's there family home. They are nice people, but speak little english. Don't book the single room, even if it's cheap - it's like a prision cell. There is no heating in the rooms, no cable TV, no breakfast and lock out at night 12pm-7am !!! be aware
Location is o.k. but not great, but nearly all hostels are in this area. O.K. for a night or twosolid little hostel, but not magic
