Stayed there for Lollapalooza Chile 2013. Very friendly staff and was a nice hostel. Rooftop terrace was the best feature. No complaints about this hostel except that the water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold

The hostel has a great location, but unfortunately the facilities are quite poor. Some rooms cannot be locked, the floor is very dirty and there is not always hot water in the shower.

We stayed in room #4 on the third floor. The central location of the hostel is its biggest plus. We also enjoyed the breakfasts served. TV in our room was nice too. The hostel however needs to renovate most of their bathrooms and they need to clean them on daily basis. The bathroom on our floor did not have toilet paper for over a day. The kitchen needs much more than 1pot as well as a draining rack and some tea towels.
