Everything is perfect. Nice decoration and excellent location. The host really makes us feel at home! The only short coming is the double room doesn't have a window. Overall, it is a place I will go again~ highly recommend

good place for staying, very clean and super cozy. just stayed here for one night, but I will come back definitely after traveling around south of Taiwan.

Hostel M was perfect for me and I felt like in my home with very kindly staff. She gave me a good information and experience. Everything were managed well. Only one thing I advice to new guests, you had better pay attention to the arrival information because they are so small in a huge capital although very close to Taipei Main Station. Strongly recommended for individual tourist.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hostel M for 2 nights in January 2013 and liked it so much that we came back a few days later. The only reason we left was because we were leaving Taipei. The owner is such a nice lady and will help you in anything you need. She offered us food, looked up train and bus times for us (without us even asking) and provided maps and places of interest in Taipei and beyond. We stayed in the private double room which was spotless and very comfortable.

Arriving tired and with no map, the written instructions confused me, and I walked too far, getting lost. Some friendly locals were kind enough to help me look for the hostel, but when we finally found it, no one was in and I was unable to call the number from my non-taiwanese phone. My helpers had to call the number for me! When the owner arrived she was lovely and friendly and helpful. The place is very spacious and quiet, but the bed was rock hard and they don't offer towels for rent :[

This place is amazing! It is like renting your own apartment with friends. The owner is super helpful and friendly, she will make sure you get the best out of Taipei. When you get there, just call her if you can't find it!

Leeloo is an excellent and helpful hostess. Rooms are spotless and there's even a steam room. For a sl8cr of genuine Taiwanese hospitality, Hostel M is the best!

Very nice place, very good location, very clean and very convenient. Walk to Hostel just 2-3 minutes from MRT, and it is also quite near Taipei main station. The friendly staff is very professional and responsible for her clients. I like to chatting with her, because she has many travelling experience in forign countries and of course she introduce me so many good scenery and food in Taipei. Definitely I will choose it again when I visit Taipei!
