The location is perfect, and the house is very cute. The staff can set you in the right direction for exploring Sarajevo, just ask them.
Definetely warm atmosphere and great helpful staff :) Very positive atmosphere and couzy
We booked this hostel because of the location and when we arrived there they moved us to other place far away from the old city, on top of a hill and with no facilities around. They said it was written in the hostel word page that the hostel had two locations but it never mentioned that our booking was for this other place. We had been fooled because they sold one thing and we received a completely different one.
Staff very nice. The hostel is new. Very clean. It smell good. Even in WC. Room spaciouq, but the view is not good. But its location is at the middle of an hill, and it is dangerous to walk up rhe small street which lead to the properry. It's near of a mosk. And you can hear loudly the first pray at 5 in the morning.
We had the perfect attic room - looking over the roofs of the old town. Great locations - close to markets, shops, restaurants, bars and right opposite really lovely cafe.

We were not staying at the main hostel but the annex. Security could be improved on this site as we came back from a day out to find the door to our private room open, with a key in the door. It seemed like they'd been in to take a spare mattress out and then walked away leaving the door open. There was a locked gate between the hostel and the road but the room was then open to anyone who was in the hostel.
It is a great place to stay. The beds are good and the staff is friendly, with very helpful advices. The only problem is that you can't cook at the hostel (but there's a fridge, so it's a good start) and that the light is too strong (real curtains would be great in the bedrooms).
