We booked this hostel because of the location and when we arrived there they moved us to other place far away from the old city, on top of a hill and with no facilities around. They said it was written in the hostel word page that the hostel had two locations but it never mentioned that our booking was for this other place. We had been fooled because they sold one thing and we received a completely different one.

Staff very nice. The hostel is new. Very clean. It smell good. Even in WC. Room spaciouq, but the view is not good. But its location is at the middle of an hill, and it is dangerous to walk up rhe small street which lead to the properry. It's near of a mosk. And you can hear loudly the first pray at 5 in the morning.

We had the perfect attic room - looking over the roofs of the old town. Great locations - close to markets, shops, restaurants, bars and right opposite really lovely cafe.

We were not staying at the main hostel but the annex. Security could be improved on this site as we came back from a day out to find the door to our private room open, with a key in the door. It seemed like they'd been in to take a spare mattress out and then walked away leaving the door open. There was a locked gate between the hostel and the road but the room was then open to anyone who was in the hostel.

It is a great place to stay. The beds are good and the staff is friendly, with very helpful advices. The only problem is that you can't cook at the hostel (but there's a fridge, so it's a good start) and that the light is too strong (real curtains would be great in the bedrooms).

It was nice to stay in this small hostel! Staff is great, they were helping us as much as they could. The hostel is new and clean and located very near the main street. Oh, and their dog is great too :)

Staff member was really friendly when we first arrived, even though we woke him up! But after that we didn't see any staff, which was a bit annoying if you needed anything. Location is OK, and they give you keys to the front gate so you can come and go. There was no kitchen and no atmosphere while we were there, which was OK for us because we did our own thing, but if I was a solo traveller I'd hate it. Would probably stay somewhere else if I returned to Sarajevo.

There wasn't really anyone there the whole time. It was nice and quiet. They have a cool dog. Fun to play with.

Hostel is very hard to find. The hostel magaza on google maps is not this one!!! Comfortable room and friendly staff. Cleanliness of bathroom not so great. Small kitchen very dirty, no fridge.

The hostel is situated in the center of Sarajevo, only 2 min. walk from Sebilj fountain. It is very easy to find. Great location and calm surrounding. The girl who owns the hostel is excellent host and very kind, it`s not a problem for her to give you advice what to see and where to go. Hostel is very clean and not expensive at all. I absolutely recommend this hostel to everybody who wants to visit Sarajevo and stay in a nice and clean place near the most important monuments.

The hostel is really nice and the staff helpful and friendly. The only problematic thing is that you can't find it on any map and people don't know about the tiny street. It's located right behind the grocery store Konzum at the upper part of Bascarsija.

Friendly staff, perfect location and great rooms! Unfortunately we didn't meet any other people at the hostel and it wasn't a good place to cook your own meals, but overall a great hostel!

the location couldn't be better, right in the center of the old part of the city. It is small, but clean and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend it to anyone!

I can't really comment on atmosphere as I stayed 2 nights in a 4-bed doorm ... on my own! (out-of-season, obviously!). The staff were more than excellent (I forget his name, alas, but he was kind enough to taxi me to the airport at 5.30am for less than the taxis would have, and very friendly to boot). Tricky to find because Sarajevo doesn't *do* street name signs, but very very close to the Old Town - surroundings very noisy at night, but excellent location for food and drink! Small but cool!

The hostel had a few issues...the shower did not have a door so the floor was flooded, the kitchen was lacking decent pots and pans, and the staff was not present most of the day over the weekend so I was unable to use the hostel computer.
