This was a very enjoyable stay here, we had originally made the booking for a few days later than we inteneded to arrive but when I spoke to Lena she was very understanding and rearranged it no problems. She also met us off the bus at the nearby station and gave us a nice, warm welcome to Mostar.

Good location just in front of the bus station and 10 min walk from old town. Excellent welcome received when I arrived (very tired from bus journey!) from Magdalena and her family, makes you feel home! Familiarity, helpfulness, availability of guided tours in Herzegovina (definitely recommend, there are beautiful places to see!!) and helpful advices if travelling to other destinations (e.g. Sarajevo). Cannot fault this place, the owner is lovely. So welcoming, and very friendly. Exactly what you want after a long day travelling. Would go back again and again.
