Great staff and really good hostel. Easy to get to by tram and in a safe neighborhood with a big supermarket nearby. Really clean, has a good kitchen and a comfortable common room for chilling out and meeting people. Great hostel!

the hostel has a really nice atmosphere and all the rooms and hallways are painted really cool making it a bit different! It is in a good location just a 10 min tram ride away from the main area in Zagreb. We were greeted nicely and the owner was very helpful.

Feels like staying in a home with good friends and nice people. Definitely people make the place, and the cat Alibaba! Very helpful staff ready to walk an extra mile for their guests, do our laundry, make us a cup of real Balkan coffee, help us to find what we need to find. Thank you! I will visit again!

This was the right place for me. Very relaxed- a great chance to take a break from the busy cities I had visited before. The friendly staff was the highlight for me!

We really liked this one! It has a nice character, the staff is cool, classic "good hostel". A feature, may like or not, that it is _not_ in the center, therefore you wake up to the twitter of birds but you also have to walk 10 mins and spend another 10 on a tram to get to the center.

Everything about this place was great; the hosts were very chilled and welcoming, rooms were clean with great art throughout the hostel, and we were able to wash our clothes there too. The only thing that brings my rating down is the location. It is easily 20 mins by tram from the main train station and then a 10 min walk from there, which is off a side street and down an alley into a suburban part of Zabreg.

I was a little disappointed about my stay here after reading such fantastic reviews before booking. I understood the location was a little far, but it was worse than expected. For the money, I'd stay somewhere closer into the city. When we had questions, we often could not find any staff around to help us either, so we felt that we had to figure out most things on our own. There was also rarely any toilet paper in the bathroom.

One of the staffs friend stole our food from the fridge right in front of us (cheese, meat and beer) and when we confronted him he just stared at us and we had to make him pay us back. A guy starts playing the piano loudly in the common room at 6am and when we ask him to stop playing due to the early hour, he just says he would play quieter. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this one was definitely one of the worst.

Hostel with a soul. I'd recommend it to anyone who appreciates uniquely painted rooms and very nice staff.
