small twin room but big common areas. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Close to the central station with connections to Pompei/Vesuvius/Amalfi. Relatively quiet at night in the rooms. Free basic breakfast.

This hostel is very close to the central train station, and not too far away from the historical centre. Breakfast includes toasts with butter, jam, peanut butter and Nutella, coffee/tea and cereal. The common areas are comfortable and staff are friendly enough. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Young guy that checked me in was very kind and helpful. After I checked out I went into the kitchen and the woman on reception was very rude when telling me I can't use the kitchen after checkout.

This is a great hostel to stay at if you are doing many day trips to pompei, sorrento, capri, etc. because it's so close to the train station. There was a stroll around the city when I was there where I met a lot of great people. It is clean, but sucks that you have to leave for cleaning. The staffs were helpful but the owner was a bit pushy of his opinions. Breakfast was simple. And the map provided was not so helpful.

Hostel Mancini is in a slightly sketchy area and can be a little bit hard to find, but it's really close to the train station and the staff was really helpful. They suggested places to eat and possible things to see. Most importantly, however, Hostel Mancini is only a 5minute walk away from Pizzeria da Michele (the most famous/best pizza in Napoli)!!

I had a great stay there for 3 nights! It's just a few minutes walk from the train station and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I'm sorry I missed the walking tour on Wednesday night but I got delayed in Pompei. I made great friends at the hostel. The breakfast is substantial and the rooms are comfy. The neighborhood around train stations are usually a bit sketch but the building is super secure and there's always someone on duty so I felt very safe. I highly recommend it!

Decent location. Short walk from the train station, though the market outside gave us a good impression of what Naples is like... The managers are really helpful and willingly answer questions. They gave us a map and suggested worthwhile places to see and eat at, and how to get to those places. The breakfast was good, and the eating area facilitates conversation amongst strangers :) The hostel was a safe place that we were glad to return to after each day out.

Best hostel I've stayed in, family run and owned and the people are just excellent to talk to. So friendly and kind, loved it.

Service was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but that isn't what we wanted. We had all we needed and the staff were happy to help us find our way around. The area isn't as nice as the hostel, and that can feel a little intimidating, but we wanted to be near the station and we knew to expect that.

The staff is very kind. The neighboorhood was kind of shady.

Close to station but on a bit of a dodgy street – had to be buzzed inside so felt quite safe. Room was clean but en-suite bathroom dirty and bedroom & bathroom doors had big emergency exit-style push bars to open them, so it was impossible to go in and out quietly – in a 7-bed dorm, this made for a restless night! Guy that checked us in was great – friendly and helpful. There’s lockers in the rooms but you have to buy a lock (€5!) as no regular bag locks would fit on them, which was annoying.

Although the area is not very clean and safe, the location near the station is good, and the rooms and kitchen very clean. Good breakfast. The staff is so kind and helpful. They organize a dinner for all the people in the hostel and a free mini tour in the historic centre at night. Great people, absolutely recommendable! Limpio, buena localización, amabilísimos, excelente relación calidad/precio

Could not recommend anywhere better to stay if you are staying in Naples. It's a family run business and is just what we needed,100% clean, security was amazing too, dorms are on the other side of the hall and you need to buzzed in, so double security. The gentleman who runs this place is outstanding, he gave us all the info we needed to get round naples and the surrounding areas, even gave us a lift to a pizzeria after he finished work cause it was raining. Will recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this hostel, super clean, nice breakfast, great staff. One problem is that it is very hard to get a strong wifi signal on the rooms, this should be improved.

Easy to find. Very close to the train station. Tipical Italian (sweet) beakfast included. Bunk beds. There are lockers in the rooms, but not big enough to fit a backpack in it and you need padlocks with long neck to can use them. Anyway they sell you one for 5 EUR. Good thing that the dormitories are in an another wing from the common areas, where you can have a good night sleep.
