Very clean and large rooms. Loved the location and the staff were extremely helpful. However the kitchen was not in use when we stayed there and there was no mention of this upon booking.

Room is very clean and warm during our staying in the snowing time. Staff is excellent: nice receptionists always try to help us and the other male staff is willing to help us bring the luggage upstairs. I strongly recommend for you guys.

They could have some music on the breakfast area, and maybe add another toaster. :)

The double bedroom with private ensuite was very nice and big with wooden floor. The hostel is ideally located very close to Charles Bridge (1min) and there is a very good wine bar at the entrance of the hostel.

A great hostel in a great location. If you're getting the 14 bed room there might be a wait on the shower, so sleep in or shower early before the rush.

I stayed in room 32 and enjoyed how bright and nice the room was. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a big bathroom. It was excellent.

one toilet for a room with 10 people is not enough... and there's no lounge or room for socialising... lockers outside the rooms would be better for less noisy rooms... excellent location, friendly staff and good cleanliness

Prices were very cheap for a weekend (7€ for the night), very good location (near Charles Bridge) - the neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated it. One thing to improve though: one bathroom for 16 people is not enough. Wish i took the pillow with me, it was so comfy!

Worst greeting to a hostel I've ever had. Staff just did not seem to know Prague at all, which doesn't help a traveler who's new to the city. Extremely good location and clean place. Their "free internet" is only one computer though. The bar is extremely small and the underground lounge isn't appealing. Decent place, but it did not live up to my expectations from what they bragged about.

Good location. Everything is walking distance from the hostel. Great sausage close to it. Receptionists were kind and helpful.

they hv a very good facilities.the drawback is the staffs are always changing everytime. some of them are very friendly and the others aren't. I have bad experience with the washing machine. they have a very complicated menu and they can't help you to use it. the cost of washing your clothes is perminute start from the first time they turn it on from the receptionist. it wastes your money because it charge u when u read the instruction and move ur clothes to the dryer, finnaly I pay 12 eur.
