The location was great but the hostel got pretty noisy at night and in the early morning. From our room we could hear everything from the reception/common area. The guests don\'t seem to understand the \"hello kitty\" system of marking the women\'s bathrooms as I encountered more than one man urinating in the women\'s showers.

Hostel very good, but the only thing that made me mad are the guests who enter the room at any time especially at night and make much noise when you need to open their lockers (guard volumes) that are simple keys. If investing in closed systems by magnetic card would be perfect.

Very hard to found the hostel, I ask more than 10 people after I left the metro, but the location is good if you know where it is. Breakfast is good, only one toilet for male and one for female, room with air con but no remote. Wifi only in lobby. Other ok!

The staff were generally good, although one day I got a bleeding nose in madrid due to the dry air and when I went back to the hostel I tripped at the step and staggered inside with my face and hands covered in blood, the guy at reception sat bolt upright and yelled at me Who Are You, What is your name, and argued that I wasn't a guest. Not once did he ask me if I was OK. Very offensive and unprofessional.

The staff were unfriendly and the room we stayed in was really noisey. When we asked to move rooms we were told they would make sure it was quieter the following evening, It wasn\'t. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Stayed at the Meeting Point for 4nights together with a friend. It was a really nice experince, the location was perfect and the staff was really friendly. The toilets was clean and the free breakfast was totally alright. It was a bit dim in the basement, but all in all we had a nice stay at the Meeting point.

I loved this hostel. I think it has best location for everything, just in front of palacio real, and a minute away from opera station. You can go everywhere by walking. Hostel is pretty new, everything was really clean, all that's written applies, wi-fi, lockers, everything. Also all stuff was extremly nice and helpfull. I would definitelly stay at this hostel again next time.

Nice friendly central hostel. 10 min walk to Sol, 5 min to Plaza Mayor. Good facilities in TV/common room nice confortable sofas. Main problem was traffic noise during the night, but after first night I bought some ear plugs so this did not bother me too much. Also lockers are a bit small to fit big rucksacks in.

The location is absolutely fantastic! You are within range of almost every attraction on foot. However the hostel seems a little bit dark inside and the basement, where the kitchen is located, can feel somehow claustrophobic. Facilities were fine, slow wifi, and it would be nice to have a few more toilets and napkins instead of towels at the sink. All in all if you are out most of the day and the night and need to be in the centre of Madrid, you should definitely consider this one.

being in the room closest to the entrance, was quite noisy. it is not desirable for everybody to have showers without locks. really nice stay though, beds/bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful and atmosphere was good!

Really clean and right near sol-the city center they could put locks on the shower doors as there is a toilet in the same room and people just walk in to use it even if your in the shower very annoying.

Very good location and very clean. Some people of the staff are not so friendly, excepting the hostess Assis, very kind. We have forgotten some stuff there but nobody has contacted us.

The included breakfast is a bowl of cereal or croissant, tea or coffee, and juice. To have a shower, you need to be prepared to get naked in front of everyone - the water is often scalding! Wifi is available only in the foyer. I stayed in the 10 mixed dormitory, which had five bunk beds and a window overlooking the Palacio Real. The place is really clean but there aren't constant check ups, for example, there's no toilet paper or no food for breakfast so you have to wait for the next round.
