Everything is good in this hostel, except the kitchen. One 2 stoves, n they are electrical one, very weak. We stayed there for 3 nights, but changed for 2 stoves because it's out of order. N always only have one was working.... The kitchen is poorly equipped. Very unfriendly to use. But MXN160 for a double ensuite room with A/C, TV n refrigerator in room is really a great price.

The private rooms were dark, and there was a strange odor of chlorine. Dorms were better. Good place to stay if you arrive late or if you have to leave early, beacause it's close to the ADO-busstation. If you want to go to the beach or some nice bars, Meson de Tulum is not that good located, as you need to take a bus. In the kitchen is no roof, so it can rain inside. Also not enough kitchenware to make a simple meal.

Its a really nice place if you want to stay in Downtown Cancun. They have an awesome pool, clean rooms and Computers to use. You can take the bus to the beaches only 50m away. It's great!

Only for a night stay before/after a flight to/from Cancun. The staff is not really active and you have to make a lots of questions to know about things. The security is really poor, many times there´s nobody in the reception and basically anyone can walk in and to the rooms. Moreover, the kitchen is disgusting, there are ants all over the tables and they make you re-use some dispensable plates & forks etc that are extremely dirty. I didn´t even feel like touching them. But the beds are nice...

Cheap hostel close to the busstation which is a big plus. Good breakfast to be a hostel. Average standard.

Male respondent: There was a bird there, which was fun. Female respondent: The location was a few minutes' walk from the main downtown area. There were no collectivos to get to the airport (had to take a 200 peso taxi or ADO bus), but that's a problem anywhere in Cancun. The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic -- we had an awesome time hanging out by the hammocks and a midnight dip in the pool was priceless. The rooms (we stayed in a private both times) were simple, and there was hot water.

Comparing to other hostels in Mexico you definitely get much less for your money.but then it is Cancun, so could be expected! Close to ADO bus station,so handy if you are backpacking and just need somewhere to stay overnight between your transport connections.

Totally mediocre hostel (in the best possible way!) - not amazing, not awful, nice pool was a bonus but not particularly clean rooms and a slightly dodgy bathroom. Breakfast was OK, not amazing... basically totally functional but not a world beater. Recommended for a place to crash but not much more.

Great place to stay. Only 20 min to the beach by bus. Close to the ADO bus station. On the corner is a bank with the best rates I could find. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Some rooms needs to be renovated and could be cleaner, but after all it is an exellent place to stay.

An oasis of Cancun town! It's a bit outside of the town center, but the relaxing atmosphere is really a gem of the busy town. Great option of budget traveller!

Very good price/quality rate! The atmosphere is brilliant and the facilities are good. Located in the center of Cancun you're good to go anywhere. If you don't speak any spanish (like me) it's no problem here, they help you in English aswell. I've had an amazing time here!
