The breakfast was good, lots of options. The staff we're very chilled and welcoming. Didn't really point out specific places to go for drinks, food, beaches though. Room was ok, bathroom is a bit tiny. Good location for train station and all amenities including beach.

Amazing atmosphere with kind and helpful staff. Great location between the Gare and the beach. The kitchen was a great addition, we could cook and there was even a grocery store right next store. Would highly recommend this hostel and city.

I originally was booked to stay in a 10 bed dorm and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 4 person dorm instead without having to pay the difference! The facilities were clean and modern. I loved the kitchen and common area- breakfast was actually really great here! Better than at most hotels even. Had a great time in Nice and definitely glad I stayed in this hostel.

great hostel! can't beat the location, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was easy to meet and make new friends! the only thing that could have made it better would be curtains on the beds.

Room access is by key, and remembering codes, so not that secure. Common/dining room and kitchen are small. Beach mats and towels are a fantastic idea, even having a nice clean towel provided was great. Breakfast was an interesting variety of things beyond just cereal which was cool. Bed was a little shakey but generally OK. Thanks for the stay!

Hostel Meyerbeer was one of the reasons that I enjoyed my time in Nice as much as I did. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help or give a recommendation. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and a few minutes walk from the beach. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and allowed me to meet other travelers with whom I could discover the city (and hang out at the beach)! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Nice!
