Myself & my partner stayed in Room 4, a double room. The hostel was very well located, easy to find from the train station. The breakfast which was included was v .good & there is a supermarket downstairs. We would recommend the hostel if you are planning to stay in Nice. The staff were helpful & friendly especially Audrey & the future Gaelic Footballer from Galicia & Andrea the cleaner. One criticism, I think that "partiers" should be hunted from reception at 11, It can be a nit noisy at night.

Good location, close to the beach, and right next to supermarket. Great to have breakfast included but a gluten-free option would have been better :) Nice social lounge area, and room was comfortable.

Meyerbeer Hostel's highest achievement is their location, they're literally down the street from the beach. The staff was nice, though the women who checked us in wasn't remarkably friendly. The major problem I had with this hostel is that they needed a bigger hot water heater. A lot of people in my suite had to take cold showers when we came back from a long day of exploring, since the hot water had run out. Also, someone stole our room heater, so the room was freezing the first two nights.

Good place to stay, room and bathroom clean, bed was fine. It's ideally place just off Promenade des Anglais, 5 mins walk to Railway station and short walk to the old city. There was a good atmosphere there the night I stayed, although they closed the common are at midnight. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The next time I'm in town I'll stay here.

The hostel is really good, the room was nice, with a good bathroom, towels provided, there is a kitchen where you can cook, so you can make your trip affordable, the only problem is that there is a lot of people and the kitchen/ common area is really small. There is no elevator for the hostel so we have to carry our luggage 3 floors by stairs, not so easy.

Overall this hostel was very good. They keep things simple/to the basics, but everything you need is there and I have no real complaints. Good value for the money for sure.

One is able to lock the rooms but sadly there are no lockers for your luggage only small lockers made out of plastic to lock in the most important things, but if someone really wanted to get them out he or she clearly could with just a little bit of effort. The staff and atmosphere is really nice and the cleaning lady comes almost everyday. My room smelled constantly like old socks but that was clearly the fault of the Brazilian guy that slept on the bed beneath me.

We had a great time at Meyerbeer Beach. All of the rooms have ensuites which was so nice. The breakfast was awesome too! The wifi works everywhere which is also handy. Everything was clean, the staff was super nice an helpful, and there's a grocery store right downstairs! The proximity to the beach is great too. Honestly can't name a thing we disliked...it was a great stay! Met great people too. Recommend!
