Super squeaky bunk beds, window open at night- room felt nice and cool to sleep, friendly atmosphere, free breakfast but not great food, nice that you can borrow a beach mat
This was by far my favorite hostel of my entire three week trip! Everyone here was so nice. I really got close with the people in my room (booked at 10 person, was upgraded to a 6 person) and we actually all got dinner together one night. Also, they had free printing which was not guaranteed at other hostels I stayed at. Also just two blocks from the beach, there is a grocery store right next door. It was very nice.
The hostel is very well located and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. They clean the rooms once a day. Nevertheless, the cleaning lady did not do anything about the sink in our bathroom which was not working properly. All in all a very good hostel but way to expensive for what you get.
I lovely little place, perfect for spending a few hours on the beach, and for getting into the centre of Nice.
I stayed at this hostel for 8 nights and it was incredible! It was so easy to meet people and the staff were all so helpful and friendly! Great location, very close to the beach and old town is a just a few minutes walk away. I really didn't want to leave and I would definitely stay again!

This place had a great atmosphere and was quite social as it is fitted into a small location in the city, the supermarket right next door was really handy. The music playing, vibrant colours and modern fit gave it nice vibes and made it good chill place to be. The only down side could be the small kitchen, two meals at once would be max but it doesn't matter too much really.
Such a great hostel! It was an awesome location, right by the beach and not too far from train station. Super clean, great kitchen, staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hostel to everyone!
OMG. best athmosphere ever! After travelling for 1 month around Europe, this was the best experience I could have. Nice is a beautiful city, mostly in summer, it's good for partying, good to meet people. I made the best group there, I'm still in contact with the friends I made in this hostel. Staff is SUPER helpful. I loved them. Specially Louisa, she has this great energy and always super positive. My room wasnt as good as others, but I was happy anyway.,
Great location, WiFi was average but hey. Not great for meeting people.
Hostel in a great location near the beach. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. Well equipped kitchen, only trouble that it doesn't open until 8am so missed breakfast due to an early train. Lockers in rooms just big enough for small items. It would be nice to have individual lights by each bed otherwise the main light gets left on until everyone is in bed. Laundry and small supermarket close by. Breakfast was minimal, really missed having cereal which I've found normally included.
One of the best hostel I've stayed in,if not THE best!!!!Awesome staff, always willing to help.Great atmosphere, the common area helps to meet people.Location couldn't be better, close to the beach, the center and grocery store is just downstairs!I highly recommend it!!!
Great Hostel - one of my favourites! Really good location - 100m to the beach.. Close to a laundry & had great facilities. Free computers, great kitchen & chill area. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but still free. Packet croissants, juice, tea but you can easily cook in the kitchen. Room was spacious - only complaint would be our shower didn't work with only cold water but otherwise fantastic hostel. Would highly recommend.. Pub Crawl was great fun! Monaco walking tour was 20€ but excellent!
Location, Location Location! For the price you pay, the location is amazing. Only a short walk to the beach and Nice's famous strip of coastline and restaurants. Hostel has great cooking and common room facilities although get in early otherwise you'll wait to cook your dinner for a few hours. Staff were amazing and made you feel like you were home. Definitely would stay again!
Lovely place to stay! Extremely clean rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Highly recommended
Great staff and feel to the place. Every one was really friendly. Close to the beach. Would love to go back!
Great facilities, clean, friendly staff, excellent location. Loved it!!!
Wifi did not work for a day and if it worked, the connection was very bad. However, staff was really nice and the hostel is good located.

Stayed for just one night. Very good location for exploring Nice. Just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes walking to the Nice market and the Old town. Staff was helpful and some basic breakfast was included. We paid quite a high price for a dorm, but I guess it is just how it works in the high season. The dorm room was very basic, with quite uncomfortable bunk beds but the bathroom was ensuite and the room had aircondition which was a plus. Recommended for a short stay.
Great, solid hostel. Love the kitchen/common room. Helpful staff and prime location, near to the beach and all the shops. The bar crawl was so much fun as well! Thanks Hostel Meyerbeer
Fantastic time at Hostel Meyerbeer. Loads of fun, is really close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk and you can borrow stuff from the hostel...towels, umbrellas, lidos (needed for a pebbly beach). Take advantage of the free walking tour, was good to hear more about the history of Nice. Elsa at the front desk is so helpful (everyone else is but she is really good).
