Good hostel with helpful staff

The staff of the hostel wasnt helpful at all. I booked 2 beds in a 4 bed room ensuite room, and they accomodate me in a 6 bed room room, without bathroom inside. Also there was noise until 1 am in the kitchen, there were people drinking, talking and listening to loud music. The bathroom was completely dirty. The place was really hard to find, if it wasnt for one girl that came to me asking if I was looking for the hostel, I would never find it. I definitely would NOT recomend this place to stay.

It's to cold in December - please, make a heating! and withot hot water... ((

This hostel is located in 40 minutes from the city center, via Carlo Goldoni is very beautiful)) staff is very polite and attentive! Thank you for your help! But it's not good when you have the hot water only in one shower(( because all guests standing in the queue( and it is too cold to sleep without heating( I nearly became ill( Please put locks on the doors. Too noisy during the night)) Also it was hard to find the hostel - there is no any sighnboards on the house...

Well... for 30 Euros per night I was very dissapointed to face the fact that there was only ONE working bathroom for 60 people!!! I paid to have a private one, instead, it was pretty social in there, cause you can't really close the bathroom door...

The worst Hostel I had been so far. Its not a hostel, it the house of an unpolite family, and they use it as a hostel. The house smells, and they smoke everywhere. Tere is no locker in the room, and you dont get a key either. So you can`t lock the room and your stuffs are unprotected. They charge you a fee, without telling anything on the website. The bathroom is dirty and the shower was broken, You dont have and key, so you need to ring to enter the house. They turn off the WIFI after midnight.

The staff was friendly. The facilities such as bathrooms and kitchen could use lots of repair. Also first hostel I booked to charge more upon arrival than stated on my receipt from hostel world.com. That wasn't cool. Still, good location. Make sure you bring locks for your stuff because this hostel offers no security.

Well let me put it straight they have absolutely no sign outside which says they are Hostel Mido, I roamed for half an hour asking and begging for directions until I finally came back to the same place which had a big sign outside for another "Hotel" name outside, someone realised from my backpack that I must b e searching for a hostel and helped me out. Moreover one of the staff was really rude and the others were very thoughtful , they can do more, plus they have no maps for the city.
