The hostel is about 30 minutes from city center by foot, but its easy to get there. It was really cheap and staff was friendly.

Don't believe the negative comments. It's a standard hostel so don't be expecting the Ritz. It's clean enough, safe enough and the staff are perfectly friendly. Considering how much you pay, it's an excellent service.

The worst hostel I have ever been to. When we came to the hostel they told us to pay 35 euros per night instead of 13 euros that we had on reservation. They told that they had earlier sent information about it but I haven't found it on my mail.

The price on the internet wasn't the real price. There is a 3€ extra cost for the bed linen that are obligatory. The kitchen is low equiped and open only few hours a day. there is no safty box for.

Reasonable value for money, considering it is a central location and there is free access to fast wifi, decent kitchen and beds are ok. Staff are not so nice though, for example when I was confused about the opening hours of the kitchen (since there were different times written in different places) the receptionist spoke to me like I was a moron for asking, but he WAS very nice to my girlfriend and kept trying to invite her for coffee - so for best results, be pretty!

Staff is unfriendly and noisy in the evening and morning (loud music and talking); there are additional charges, which are not announced while booking process; the free parking offer is merely a joke; mold in the bathroom

When i made the online booking i was told the price I will have to pay on arrival. When I arrived I was asked for a higher amount and cash only. The hostel seemed quiet and the internet connection was perfect. Nice bathrooms, very clean. Bed quality was poor - probably the most curvy+soft bed/mattress i have slept on in my entire life.

I couldn't understand in other comments why the staff's 'unfriendliness' mattered so much. Now I do. We arrived at the hostel at midnight, and were charged a certain amount. When we returned, at 5am, the receptionist told us only one of us could stay, unless we paid twice as much. She changed her mind several times as to the amount we still owed. We decided to leave after one night.

A person stole a bag with money from our friend during night. Our room was wet - so imagine the smell. Showers were fine. They can take care of your valuable things by putting them to their room instead of a locker if you want to - so I recommend you to do it.

The staff of the hostel wasnt helpful at all. I booked 2 beds in a 4 bed room ensuite room, and they accomodate me in a 6 bed room room, without bathroom inside. Also there was noise until 1 am in the kitchen, there were people drinking, talking and listening to loud music. The bathroom was completely dirty. The place was really hard to find, if it wasnt for one girl that came to me asking if I was looking for the hostel, I would never find it. I definitely would NOT recomend this place to stay.

Well... for 30 Euros per night I was very dissapointed to face the fact that there was only ONE working bathroom for 60 people!!! I paid to have a private one, instead, it was pretty social in there, cause you can't really close the bathroom door...

This hostel is located in 40 minutes from the city center, via Carlo Goldoni is very beautiful)) staff is very polite and attentive! Thank you for your help! But it's not good when you have the hot water only in one shower(( because all guests standing in the queue( and it is too cold to sleep without heating( I nearly became ill( Please put locks on the doors. Too noisy during the night)) Also it was hard to find the hostel - there is no any sighnboards on the house...
