We stayed in a 4 bed female dorm, and this is the second time that I visited this hostel. The great location is the main reason I chose here: very close to old town, has no need to take public transport. Yet the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved: the sink was blocked in one of the bathrooms. Overall, I grade it for 75 out of 100.
The Hostel is located in a good place, the Workers are polite and the Room is good. By the oder hand the bathroom, the kitchen and the other places aren't so clean and that makes the Atmosphäre worse. The rooms are enough clean.

As is evident by the number of reviews which I have hitherto posted, I travel a great deal, and oftentimes choose to stay in hostels. This particular hostel (Hostel Miles) is the best I've yet to find in Prague. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, and if you're a tourist, you're within walking distance of Wenscelaus Square. My only complaint (a minor one, at that), is that the kitchen in rather tiny. Bottom line? If you wish to avoid noisy, smelly, and loud "party" hostels, go here.
Wifi was poor and staff were pretty hit and miss. The location was ideal for me and it was clean and secure. However I emailed the hostel to inform them that I would be arriving at 7am and was assured that I would be able to wait in the downstairs lobby to check in, however I was kicked out until 9am by a very rude woman. The hostel staff made no apologies for this. The hostel had no atmosphere at all and I would not stay here again.
big, secure and practical lockers. friendly and helpful staff who helped me with all i needed. good location. but there is a curfew which makes it quiet at night but i found it hard to find time and place to do work on my computer before bed as i couldnt sit in the common area and i didnt want to use it in the room when others were trying to sleep. luckily there are plenty og mcdonalds around offering free wifi and close late
Nice hostel in that there was a lot of advice in places to go in Prague and the beds were very comfy. I was pleased to have my own locker which had plenty of space to store things in. The facilities were excellent with a large bathroom and common room. My only criticism is that in the hostel it was very quiet which is nice if you want to relax but made it harder to meet new people.
Receiving a free shot of wodka when I entered the hostel gave me a wrong impression about the atmosphere. The hostel was fully booked, but there were no people around in the common room at all. If you're traveling on your own and want to meet new people, this is not a good choice. The location is very convenient, though, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and shower rooms are OK. Just the basic needs and clean enough.
Nice place to stay, good security I was able to lock up all my things in a personal box in my room. Free access to the computers was very good also. The cooking facilities are not as good more cutlery and plates are needed also an oven would be a good addition otherwise a very nice place to stay very close to the centre of town for a very good price.
Perfect location, close to metro station and attractions. The hostel is clean, comfortable and safe.
The location saves everything. The staff is just the worst I saw in my life. Except one who was really cool, they were always in bad mood, as if they were helping us, not being paid for it. The kitchen has no cleaning soap so everything is a little bit dirty. When we asked the staff she didn't speak English (and this one, every time you talk to her she answers in Czech). The reception is close from 11PM to 9 AM, so if you have a problem, you are just in trouble.
Was very disappointed with how much difficulty I had with the wifi. Frustrating!
I loved this hostel. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, too. Great wifi in the rooms and air conditioning. Location was great, and the hostel is inside a cool building, with 24 hr security at the entrance. Lockers under the beds come with a key, felt very safe. Everything in walking distance, but also right next to underground stop. Definitely recommend Hostel Miles & will stay here next time I'm in Prague!
Great security & staff very helpful when one of us lost our credit card. Great location, within walking distance of everything! Kitchen & computers really useful. Be careful of the bunk beds, the top bunk has no ladder to get there or a railing on the side - despite being very high up - which resulted in us two having to share a single bottom bunk for the entire stay.
I really like this hostel, it was so clean and well located, the stuff was organized, everything went perfect!
Very central location, very clean and safe facilities. Not much of an atmosphere in the hostel, and the wifi wasn't that great. But the laundry service was very helpful. Also you guys need to buy more then one knife for the kitchen. Over all, a good stay.
Beds were very comfortable, although I was staying on a top bunk and it had no barrier, so could have fallen off. Bathrooms were good though and clean, lockers were good too. Wifi was rubbish, hardly worked during our stay. But generally a good stay and staff were helpful
My stay was tarnished by 2 other guests in the dorm. One of which left her belongings all over and around her bed that I actually took a photo as it was the messiest thing I've ever seen. Hostel workers saw this and obviously said nothing. The same girl came back from bring out at 2am and then proceeded to pack her bags with the light on for thr next 2 hours. Despite there being hostel rules that we have to sign about being considerate, their was no one their to enforce it or to ring.
Everything was ok :) and nice people

When I first arrived at the hostel with no keys I was able to access the premise. Pretty much anyone can walk in. I arrived upstairs, they stole the first ninth from me because I arrived too late and they threaten to cancel my reservation because I arrived "too late" I decided to stay there anyway because I had no choice and they gave me such a problem indicating my sister couldn't visit me, she needed to book a room as well. Did I mentioned the locker didn't work to hide my belonging? Just dont
Nice friendly staff who allowed me to leave my luggage at the store after check out. Able to cook there too and 2 handy computers to use. Nice big lockers under the bed for use.
