Basic small basement level room, but ensuite bathroom was great (but missing a curtain, whole toilet gets wet). Small hostel, so not very lively and bottom level rooms are separate. Staff was mostly helpful and maybe a bit too relaxed, but all things were managed good. Plankets smelled like mold but we did not get any problems, so most likely have just been laying in some corner for a long time. Location on the hill is near all major attactions and more quiet than maybe old town.

Ok hostel. No one there when we came (even though we had told when we where supposed to arrive), and unfortunately we felt really unwelcome by the staff. The owner (that we met the other day) seemed nice though and offered help!

We spent 2 great nights in the mills hostel. The quality/price relation was really good and the stuff was friendly and helpful, if it was there (otherwise we communicated through notes which worked out perfectly ;) ). The living room was nice and even had a roofed balcony. All in all good quality for a cheap price. P.S.: the fact that the showers had no curtains was a fact we encountered in nearly every accomodation in BIH or Montenegro ;-), however it was no problem for us.

Tarik was brilliant, although the hostel isn't close to the bus station we were right next to the old town and he picked us up and dropped us back at the station when we needed. We had to postpone our visit a day and extend it a day and they were very flexible and understanding. The hostel is small and simple but great for a few nights stay.

Great location, close to the square but still tucked away enough for security. Tarik, the hostel owner, is a lovely guy, very accommodating and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again when we are next in Sarajevo!

Everything was awesome, just get some curtains for the shower and toilet brushes in the bathroom ;).

This hostel is very conveniently located, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. It is not the typical youth hostel full of noise and people rather it is very quiet and I liked it, the price is very good and the area is very pretty, you can actually walk to almost all of the sights of the city!

Very comfortable place and only a 5 min walk to the old town. Also it's right next to the yellow and white fortresses which give amazing views of the city.

OK location, near Baščaršija. This hostel is really for somewhere to sleep and not much more. But it is clean and good value.

Hostel has a great location. It's only 5-10 minutes from the very centre. Hostel owner came to pick us up at the train station & spared us the hassle from having to search the place after 10-hour travel by rain. The room and toilet were clean. It had all that was listed on the hostel's site: towels, clean sheets, rent a hairdryer :), electric cook... We ate outside so we only used the kitchen for morning coffee.

Iznimno smo zadovoljni smještajem. Minimalna zamjerka je buka iz dnevnog boravka jednu noć (no svijesni smo da je to do gostiju i njihovog nepoštovanje molbe o miru od 23 do 7), no ni to nas nije pretjerano smetalo. Drugo je sve odlično - čistoća, uslužnost i lokacija...

Decent facilities: the individual heating of the room was effective, warm water any time, basic kitchen, hostel is relatively close to the old city: Sebilj is in 8 min walking distance, not that difficult to find since the description given is correct. The owner is a generous very helpful guy who can arranges lot of things if you request.

The main problem we had was finding the hotel. Google maps shows the hotel in a different part of the city than where it is and even after finding the correct location it was still very difficult to locate the hotel. The owner had anticipated this obviously a frequent issue so he sent us an email with exact directions and videos to get there but he sent these 1 day prior our arrival!!! We were on a road trip I didn't see the email until it was too late. I had made the reservation months ago

I can't really judge the hostel, but I can say all the best about the owner! we had a reservation for a private room and because he was worried that a group of youngsters wouldn't let us sleep, he offered us a luxurious apartment right in Baščaršija area for the same price! he even drove us to the apartment himself so we could leave the car by the hostel. The owner really cares for his guests and is very friendly. All the best, really! :)

This hostel was calm and clean and in good walking distance to the old town. The staff wasnt actively helpful, but if you asked them, they did their best.

Our private room was in the basement with a very little "window" but anyway the room and the bathroom were clean, nice staff, very good location, good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, great and quiet location.

Hard to find but definitely worth looking for. The room was very nice and clean, comfortable beds, good atmosphere. We liked the location a lot - further from the noisy and turistical city centre but still close enough to walk there. There is a great local coffee place nearby - on the way to the centre...

Decent place, wouldn't call it a hostel though. Felt a bit like a Travelodge but more institutional. We shared a room in the basement which had a lack of natural light and ventilation. It was comfortable though, and the en-suite bathroom was very good. Apparently there were communal cooking facilities upstairs. Very good value for money, and good location near the old town/Turkish quarter (5 minute walk to the square). Staff booked us a taxi to the airport so we wouldn't get ripped off.
