The hotel receptionist, a man, was so miserable and unwelcoming. He insisted on 200 Euro, instead of the 189 balance we owed him as he said it was 'City tax'. He would only accept cash and would not give us a receipt. Although it was supposed to include breakfast he made us pay 3 euro each, the breakfast was a cup of coffee and a croissant each !!! The room was okay and the location was brilliant, but that was about it.

we checked in the hotel in time as our booking. i immediately informed the receiption that we want to cancel last night becuase it is too early morning for us no enough time to go to airport. but the staff said it is impossible to change the booking. what i want to said is that i have informed the hotel before 48 hours. the hotel should have had enough time to accept my change.
