The worst hostel you could ever imagine! The staff are so impolite, rooms are very very cold, outside it was 2 degrees and in the room maybe 3! When we complained to the staff he said you can take your money and leave we have no other solution! Breakfast was even worse, just a croissant and a Nescafé machine, an orange juice machine was there but it tasted very bad! We reserved in montestella but they made us stay in stargate hostel! No wifi in rooms and almost no lights! Water is so bad also

Rooms were ok, but the staff don't help in absolutely nothing

Staff was very polite, patient and flexible. We had some issues with hot water on the first night, but everything turned out Ok. Metro is very near, great accomodation for such cheap price.

The hostel is quite good located and the beds are comfortable. That's it for the good points! The person at the welcoming desk abuse of the Italian charm while they just ignore your question! Many hostel are in the same building, which is confusing : to go to montestella you have to register at stargate!! It takes 15 minutes to get hot water and it's not continue, you have to alternate between medium and boiling!! You can't lock the door, you barely can close it actually!!! It's very expansive f

We didn't like our experience at this hostel. At first, we arrived and the guy at the front desk told us it wasn't possible to pay with credit card. The guy was rude and didn't want to help. The Wi-Fi was only available from 10 am to 10 pm and only in the reception. Of course, it worked only once on our 3 day of stay there. When asked, the guy didn't want to do anything. The room was ok if you are not looking for a basic and affordable place.
