This place can only be qualified as a 10 out of 10. Perfect in every way. A typical old house in the very old town. Fully renovated. The rooms and common areas are big, clean and super comfortable. The staff is simply the best, friendly, helpful and get out of their way to help and advice. Free all you can eat breakfast, and free dinner. I have been backpacking in my vacations the last 12 years, and this is the ferrari of hostels. I wish I was still there. Thank you guys for everything.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, facilities are modern and spotless, free breakfast AND dinner, and some really great day trips. Easy to meet people here. Only downside is that location is distant from the city center (although close to the fortress). I would recommend it!

Definitely one of the best hostels in South Eastern Europe and.a step up from its also good sister hostels in Bulgaria as far as cleanliness, spaciousness and location are concerned. Plenty of room in he big dorm and community area and a very pleasant view from the balcony and nice outdoor area. Don't think of anywhere else in VT.

The hostel had a really good location. The staff were really welcoming and joined in chatting about the area. There was an open and welcoming atmosphere. I would love to visit and stay again.

It was so nice to be there, just fime minutes far from the fortress and the historical center, surrounded by a wonderful landscape. Although I stayed only for one night, I really felt like part of a really friendly community and I am definitely coming back here next time.

What a fantastic hostel!Beautifully decorated, great facilities with good hot water, spacious shower and clean bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was fantastic and last but not least, the staff members were so friendly and helpful! They gave us great tips on places to visit/eat.They also helped us with train and bus transport information. The free dinners are a bonus as it gives backpackers the opportunity to eat and hang out together. This is the best property of the 3 Mostels!!

Best hostel I have stayed (in over 40). The staff is really friendly and makes sure you feel at home. Every single detail I ever wished a hostel had, they have thought of, from lockers and powerplugs to everybody all the way to having enough space in the showers to spread your stuff. Not to mention that they also serve a very nice breakfast and dinner! I was actually planning to spend one night there and ended up staying for 3 days, and would have stayed longer if I had the time.

Great hostel, booked there for 1 night but ended up staying for 3 even though it was off season, staff are very friendly and hostel is very clean. Hostel Mostel truly makes you feel at home rather than at a hostel

Great Hostel, friendly staff. Nice warm, in spite of the -10 C outside :o) Location is very nice if there's no snow outside, now the surrounding streets was like a sloping ice-rink. Would recommend.

It's a fantastic hostel in a house with spacious communal area to lounge about and spacious dorms. Located within walking distance of the main sight in town, the Tseverets fortress. Excellent quality, just like the other Hostel Mostel chain. And staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!
