10 minutes walk to Old Town, 20 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Excellent breakfast, and soup and a beer for dinner inc in the price! Small lockers available for day pack sized bags. Clean and comfortable.

Rooms, showers and bathrooms were comfortable and clean but that's about it. Staff members do not stay onsite which makes checking in/out problematic (we were locked out on both occasions despite coming/going in the early afternoon) so make sure you call ahead with your arrival time if you intend to stay here. Basic Info was extractable from staff. I'd definitely stay at the Mostels in Sofia and Veliko Tarnovo but you'd be better off finding another hostel in Plovdiv!

We just felt very much at home here, which had a lot to do with the fact that the staff were so friendly!
