The greatest capital of Hostel Mostel is the very dedicated staff who always help in any situation. The hostel is centrally located and has a nice balcony area outside.

The heating was really really insufficient. We booked a private twin room, and there was only a small electric heater that did little to counter the cold. However, other than that, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and informative (ask them anything about the international bus timings) and the rooms and toilets were clean. Oh, and it was great that the hostel had their own map which singled out the attractions and food / entertainment places that were really awesome.

this hostel was fantastic! definitely one of my favorites so far. they offer free breakfast and dinner and the atmosphere is really homey. the staff are all really nice and the internet is great. would definitely come back.

I had only one night there but I can tell the staff was really helpful with everything. They offer free dinner and breakfast plus a drink in their bar witch was nice.. I will come back again. Thanks.

rooms were cold/damp and smelled like mold/mildew. bathrooms were not very clean and showers didn't work. Staff was great! Pvt apartments were much nicer and in better condition.

A great place to stay. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were a quite cold and the blankets weren't that great but it was more than made up by everything else. Definitely stay again next time I'm in Sofia.

The room was a bit cold at night, but besides that everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and showers with hot water. Recommended.

This place was awesome. Not only was everything clean and available but the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to give us an orientation to the city and hook us up with places to eat, tours to go on, bars to check out, etc. The breakfast and dinner + beer was awesome, really brought guests together, very social and friendly. We came in the middle of the night with no reservation and not only did they accomodate us but sat us down and served us a beer- on the house. Love.

We were only there for a short time but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our private room was also bigger than anticipated.

Hostel Mostel is very conveniently located in the heart of Sofia. An execellent continental breakfast is provided each morning. They also provide a cheap laundry service. My traveling companions and I stayed at one of their local apartments nearby the main hostel. If you travel with a group that would take up to four rooms, you might be able to rent the entire apartment out. These apartments include a common kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, so you could really have an amazing experience.

The hostel was lively and filled with travellers. Has a very social environment and great facilities. Centrally located and great staff!

We like everything a lot, but atmosphere is what we liked the most and we still don't get how can it be so cheap :)

Value for money at hostel mostel is amazing. The location and rooms are excellent and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great hostel! Stayed there for two nights, but i didnt really spend any time in there. From what i saw, its good value for your money and in a great location. The place also has great character since theyre located at an old building that was built as an inn. Recommended.

Best hostel I've stayed in by far! The staff were amazing and willing to help with whatever we needed! If I make it back to Sofia, I will definitely be staying with Hostel Mostel again :)
