The staff are friendly and professional. Their knowledge of Sofia is excellent and they took time to make everyone feel welcome. Accommodation was good and clean. We felt safe in the environment. Looking forward to next stay in August. Thanks and One love!

I loved this hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dorm is cheaper than elsewhere in Sofia. I plan to go to the other Mostel in Veliko Tarnovo.

Really nice hostel, great social atmosphere, large common area, amazing staff always nice and extremely helpful, good rooms and showers. Breakast and dinner are not included with 9 and 16 beds doorms but can be purchased for 5 leva.

Top Stay in centre of the city

Good little hostel close to the center of Sofia. The staff was great and the place we interesting as it has some history itself being used as a guesthouse before the war. We were both pleased with this place, the free super was a nice bonus and breakfast was one of the better ones we have seen traveling Europe thus far. And the new showers were fantastic! For some reason when we were there it was unseasonably colds so we froze while trying to sleep. Make sure your room has extra blankets!

I was only here for a short time. Dorm bed and ensuite shower were all clean (great shower). Good breakfast included, missed the dinner. Staff helped with everything I needed (which wasn't much). I also stayed at the Veliko Turnovo Hostel Mostel, which was excellent (much more cosy feel).

I liked the atmosphere and the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I felt some connections with people and didn't find anyone standoffish. This was good. I didn't think there was anyone that was purposefully left out or made to feel unwelcome. My room was not clean like I had hoped. I would have liked it that the drawers would have been wiped out because I found them somewhat dirty. I was unhappy with the kitchen. It was not stocked with much stuff for cooking and the oven didn't work.

One of the best hostel I've ever stayed at. All three staff I met were very friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the staff were busy but still spent at least five minutes to give me an extensive introduction of the city, show me my room and common facilities. I was even upgraded to a better room than that I booked, without extra costs. Wi-fi was nice. Security was guaranteed by key card and lockers in the room. Great atmosphere as well For so little money you pay, it really offers a lot.

Only stayed 1 night, but this hostel is amazing. For the price and location the service you get is phenomenal. We booked one of the double rooms and it was more of an apartment with lounge room, bathroom and kitchen - perfect for a slightly longer stay. Didn't spend much time in the common room due to limited stay however it was always in use. Upon arrival staff went extensively over a map of the area and showed us to our room, beyond what we expected. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Friendly place, complete with a great atmosphere. Everyone there was really nice and updated on what was going on in the city. It's a bit of a walk to the station, but nothing bad. Great suggestions of things to see and do and willing to help you with anything.

The best hostel network ever! You definitely should stay there. I've tried all three hostels in VT, Plovdiv and Sofia. All is on the highest level. Very cosy and nice place. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you guys for your great work!

Everything was great about this hostel. The staff welcomed me very nicely, told about the city and recommend where to go and what to see and eat. Private rooms are in another building on the street but really close to the main hostel so there is no problem to walk down for a free delicious breakfast in 5 minutes. The room was in purple colour and I really loved it. If You are planning to come here with a couple, choose private twin room. Cleannless is on a top world level. I'LL BE BACK THERE!
