highly recommended hostel! all the hostel mostels in bulgaria are of the same, consistent high standard. the room was clean and modern, and the spacious common area/patio made it very easy to meet people and make new friends. free dinner and breakfast was a bonus!

Hostel mostel is my best hostel experience so Far! The atmosphere is great and relaxing, you meet so many people and the staff is really nice :) never had such good breakfast either and the free dinner is good! Really recommend this hostel! And if i go back to Sofia i will defenitly come back to hostel mostel!

Pleasantly surprised to receive an entire apartment when only expected a room!

Fantastic experience here. It's a refurbished XIX. century old inn. Very close to the center and next door to trams that will take you anywhere in the city. Great and huge common room. Rooms are big and very clean, comfy mattresses. All you can eat breakfast (with huge variety of cereal, fruit, eggs, cheese...). The staff is very committed and will go out of their way to help the guests. If I would get back to Sofia, I would stay here without doubt.

Hostel Mostel staff go above and beyond! A very warm welcome with every detail and hot tip for the city was a brilliant start. They are always willing to help out!! The facilities were great and really well located. We also stayed at Hostel Mostel in Veliko Ternovo and it was incredible too. Great atmosphere. Would recommend both without hesitation!

Yhe only bad thing I could say about this hostel is that they charged me for the breakfast and the dinner, witch I thought was free or included in the price, I don

I think it's one of the best hostel I've been! Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Dont let the entrance deter you, once inside you are in a nearly private courtyard that helps you fell slightly less in a city. The staff gave us a very personal welcome and detailed introduction to the city one of the best we have received in our travels. They host many events that come included with your stay which make the stay worth while by themselves. i highly recommend this hostel to any travelers.

Nice hostel and nice staff, breakfeast is really great and you have also pasta for dinner, it's a great value

If you want to feel great backpacker's athmosphere and get to know people of all ages around the world, this is the place to stay. It's conviniently located hostel with a long history and great staff. The breakfast is also great, with different cheese, fruit, muesli etc. Rooms were good, with good security and lockers available for every bed. A con would be that there are not very many showers, so in high season there might be queing.

A lot of character

Lots of young people enjoying cheap beer. A party place but little sleep.
