poor location

Far from Munich city center. The staff was nice - however, I gave poor review for value and facilities because: 1) The internet was down when I got there and there was no compensation for a missing service that I specifically chose this hostel for. 2) you have to rent sheets - that's fine. I stayed for 3 nights and on my third night, after the desk had closed, the sheets and pillowcases had been completely removed from my bed. Again, I felt cheated from a service that I had paid for.

Apart from the dreadful location of this hostel, the hostel itself is a decent place to stay for the night. Hostel Nanina is about an hour from the centre of Munich, 30 minute train ride followed by a 20 minute walk from the station. It is value for money in the sense that it is considerably cheaper than other hostels, however there is an extra charge for towels, bed linen and travel adapters.

The locations is very bad, and the breakfest isn't good too.

There wasn't internet when I was there. When I arrived, the reception was closed and I waited almost one hour to talk with the responsible, because they left the wrong number.

In general, the hostel was okay, in spite of the fact that it was a bit far away from Münich (because of that fact, I think it was too expensive). However, the most important thing that I would like to stand out, is that in the information that this hostel on Hostel World page, it is stated that the bedding is included in the price. Nonetheless, we were charged for that when we arrived at the hostel.
