The location is across the road from bus terminal and close to restaurants. Staff didn't speak English but were happy and served us breakfast personally. I had mould on my toast, so breakfast was out of the question. The pool was dirty and the upstairs toilet didn't flush. The only bathroom for ALL visitors is through the dorm room, outside, downstairs. Very awkward. The women's shower didn't have hot water and the doors didn't close properly. The bathrooms are uncomfortably small. Not recommend

The toilets in the shared dorm i stayed in were dirty, the showers were terrible- one day i got up and there was just no water at all, then when there finally was, it was freezing cold. I did manage a hit shower later on though, i dont think the hostel water system can deal with a full hostel of people using the showers. There was also a cat in the hostel, which kept climbing on the benches in the kitchen. The garden was a mess- the swimming pool was broken and unusable.

This would have been a cool place to stay but much of the out door area was under renovation including the pool. Once finished it could be a little oasis. We stayed in a single room with a private bath. It was simple but comfortable although the toilette clogged a couple of times, maybe too much tissue. Breakfast was very simple, coffee & white toast and a half piece of orange. But the location was good and the outside patios offered some nice locations to sit and relax and play cards.

We booked Hostel Natura for our trip only to arrive at the hostel and be notified that they had messed up the reservations and we will be sent off to another hostel in town. The other hostel in town could only be described as a nasty shack that emitted a lot of odor from the bathroom, bedsheets that didnt fit the bed and stains on the mattress and no Wifi or breakfast. Overall, I am very upset at how this hostel botched our reservation. Pool at this hostel was broken. Pretty run down hostel.
