The owner Martin was super helpful. He gave us heaps of tips, a pick up from the bus station and booked us our next bus. The rooms were quite basic but still clean and comfortable. The bedding was a mattress on the floor but everyone gets a fan and mosquito net. Plus there is Free Laundry for anyone staying more than one night. I stayed here twice and would recommend it.

Great hostel, made by Martin who is as excellent an owner/manager as you could wish for. Very fair, not out to rip you off but just help you have a good time and navigate Phnom Penh, which isn't always totally easy! Beds are simple but mostly comfortable unless you're a total mattress freak plus there's free laundry and great wifi and all the help you can ask for of Martin. You get a locker which has a plug inside and the place is cleaned every day. Oh and a cute kitten! Bonus.

The manager, Martin, was very helpful and diligent. He is mostly why many travelers stay at Nomads.

Martin is a really nice and helpful guy, but the bed is just a very old matrace- very uncomfortable! There is a construction outside, so not nice to sit or hang around.

I really enjoyed Nomads! Martin (the owner) is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, the people I met were lovely and the AC worked very well. Since you are not spending ages inside but are usually on the go (everything is very close), I recommend this place highly. If I was to return I would stay again :) Thank you!

This is a very basic hostel with thin mattresses on the floor and very little else. No comfortable common area to socialise. The owner is helpful and honest and the location is good for the main sites and for transport.

As everyone mentions, Martin, the owner, is extremely helpful and nice. The power plugs in each lockers were wonderful. The beds are very basic (mattress on the floor), but I had no problem sleeping. Very good location.

A good location. What it says on the tin. Martin very helpful. A lot of folks to share one toilet and shower on each floor.

awesome staff, dirty bathrooms and lobby. There was no common area or nothing to chill out. The "beds" were quite not comfy at all.

Cheap hostel that would suit backpackers. Martin, the owner is a really friendly guy and gives a lot of informations about Phnom Penh.

The "beds" are literally on the ground. The security locker is a large orange cooler looking thing that could easily be picked up and moved by anyone. The owner cautioned us to not bring any sort of bag out with us, though I believe this was a bit of an extreme warning. The bathroom is shared by quite a few individuals, and gets dirty quite quickly. The restaurant was under renovation while we were visiting.

Place was being renovated so there wasn't much going on in terms of atmosphere. But Martin is always there to help you out in whatever way he can. He always got me a room even though I didn't book in advance for a few days. Rooms were clean and good with a lot of space in the bathrooms. Worth the money. Check out the Night Market just down the street on weekends!

I felt very comfortable in this hostel. Martin, the owner gives good and straightforward information. The free pickup-service from the busstration by tuktuk is a great service. All beds in the dormrooms have there own fan and mosquito net. In short: good value for money!

I will start with the positives: Martin is helpful on dos and dont's about the city. The free laundry service was very very convenient. Overall, was not pleased with this place. You could get a place with much better value. The whole place is very poorly lit, and has a dingy, unclean feel. The internet barely worked.. and LASTLY, we 100% identified a Bed Bug on the wall. We did not get bit, but took precautions and put all our things in bags and cocooned ourselves with mosquito nets.

Martin who runs the place is absolutely fabulous and it is worth staying here just for him. He gives you lots of tips and can help you with anything be it you travels in Phnom Penh or throughout Cambodia. The location is really great. It's not noisy at night, but it is close to the river and the markets.

Matress in the floor, but confortable, with fan and mosquito net. Very good tips when you arrive, about which cash machine to use without comission, how to change big notes, prices of the tuk tuks in the city. You can book the most important buses tickets without comission and there´s the possibility of buy bottles of water at the same price that in the shops. I would repeat! wifi for free and very good location.
