Excellent hostel with very friendly staff. Great value and Robery ensured we had an enjoyable stay!
Owner Robert is enthusiastic and shares his experiences, so you won't be tricked. Sometimes he talks a bit long though ;-) close to the night market and river side. Breakfast is Britisch so we preferred the 2-3 dollar breakfast at the riverside. AC 4 person room is nice, showers are cold but good. WIFI is fast but there is only 1 common space which lacks a bit of backpackers' atmosphere.
one of the best hostels I have been to, definitely worth the money - you feel safe, you feel welcome and everything is very close by!
Centrally located and easy to find on a street that actually has lighting. Beds in the dorm have individual mosquito nets and fans. Towels provided at no extra charge and there is free laundry if you stay 2 nights or more. Clean, cheap and cheerful. The hostel now arranges an evening out for the guests (around 6 USD) which is a really good idea for trying new food and meeting the other guests. Security guard outside the hostel at night.
Robert the owner is extremely helpful in all aspects of getting the most out of Phnom Penh! He and his Cambodian wife also offer to take guests out to sample true Khmer cuisine at a local restaurant for a small fee-it works out cheaper than any riverside restaurant and is far nicer! I would highly recommend this hostel!

Stayed on the 1st floor's dorm. I loved that each bed has its own fan, and the rope that hangs across the room to support the mosquito nets doubled up as a place to hang my towel and clothes to dry. The bathrooms had ledges and enough hooks to put your stuff, which is very convenient (mentioned because other hostels I stayed in were lacking in that). I had a very comfortable stay there. Close to Central Market & others. Robert and his wife are helpful and friendly, and treats their workers well.
Not fancy, but great value. Free laundry if you stay more than 2 nights. Facilities were limited, but staff was great. Limited wifi on top floor. Very helpful owner!
I booked 6 bed mixed dorm and the room was spacious and clean! The manager, robert, was a really nice guy. He is really helpful giving me all the information i need. He arranged me a bus to HCMC. He said that the bus would drop me off at pham ngu lao street in HCMC which my hostel located, but apparently they dropped me off 5km from the street. I had confirmed this with robert and he said that it was honest mistake and he would check to the bus company. Besides the incident, i had a nice time.
