Fantastic place to stay at, mostly because of the great owners and staff. Really felt like at home there, except I don't have a bar and a swimming pool at home. Or a rabbit (I do to have a cat). There is no aircon, just fans in the rooms and it's Guayaquil: hot and stuffy so the best place to cool oneself is the pool. Great experience, thanks guys!

We just spent a night there. There's really nothing extraordinary about htis hostel. No private bathrooms and the pool is not as clean as it should be. The best part was at night the chat with the other guests. I would only recommend this hostel if you plan to stay one night; however it's not that close to the airport and if you ask the staff to pick you up at the airport it will cost you 10 usd.

The room I got had no windows, no air conditioning and only a fan - it was over 35 degrees in the room (I happened to have a thermometer!) and was so unbearable that I changed hostel after 2 hours, realising that I would not be able to sleep or physically stay in that room during the day. Until the rooms get air conditioning, I strongly don't recommend going here

Location very hard to find, from airport normally 15-20 minutes, this day 55 mins.Main cause needs sizable sign out front on gate area, inside no view able.. Access to rooms very hard maneuver for older trekkers and people with disabilities. Winding narrow staircase needs to be replaced altogether. Rooms not a good value for the money, small and humid..Fans don't cut it in humid Ecuadorian weather. Towels security unheard of except here. Staff needs to learn to better greet and assist travelers.

Great breakfast, and a pool! Lots of fans in the dorms which is so important for the humidity in Guayaquil! Thought staff could be a tiny bit more welcoming.

The staff seem to enjoy hanging out by the pool drinking rather than helping guests. They staff were often not around. Kitchen is good and the pool is a bonus, but location seems miles from anywhere except the airport and bus terminal.

Room was a bit small and stuffy with only a window into the hallway, but the pool more than made up for it! chill spot $5 cab ride from the airport.

The staff was extremely effective and helpful to make arrangements of all kinds. Fluency in Spanish and English was key to us, and they did not disappoint. The taxis they arranged for us were always prompt and very reasonably priced. The facilities were nice with the pool and gardens attracting birdlife in the morning, especially nice on hot days. The hot breakfast was real good. I'd definitely recommend this place. We stayed in a private double room and were very satisfied and would return

Nice hostel, reasonably well-run and the bar by the pool is a nice place to spend an evening chatting.

I only stayed here overnight so its difficult to elaborate but overall it was a good overnight stay. One of the staff drove me to the airport for $5, which was a nice feature. The pool was closed when I was there, but otherwise a nice outdoor area. Showers seamed a bit dirty, but it had been raining so dirt was most likely dragged in by the previous user.

This is a nice hostel for anyone looking for a place to hangout in Guayaquil. They have a beautiful swimming pool, bar and great music, plus a lot more stuff to make your stay comfortable. Make sure you bring earplugs for sleeping.

Nice breakfast - they make you scrambled eggs on toast with fresh coffee and juice! Cook is very unfriendly though, Area is sketchy, i wouldn't stay in this town unless you have to..... Weird crowd of travellers too, didn't really like this place.

Great hostel located close to the many tourist locations in Guayaquil. Staff was always friendly and helpful, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the pool in the back is nice with the heat in that city.
