Nice hostel, reasonably well-run and the bar by the pool is a nice place to spend an evening chatting.

I only stayed here overnight so its difficult to elaborate but overall it was a good overnight stay. One of the staff drove me to the airport for $5, which was a nice feature. The pool was closed when I was there, but otherwise a nice outdoor area. Showers seamed a bit dirty, but it had been raining so dirt was most likely dragged in by the previous user.

Nice breakfast - they make you scrambled eggs on toast with fresh coffee and juice! Cook is very unfriendly though, Area is sketchy, i wouldn't stay in this town unless you have to..... Weird crowd of travellers too, didn't really like this place.

Great hostel located close to the many tourist locations in Guayaquil. Staff was always friendly and helpful, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the pool in the back is nice with the heat in that city.

Was quite far away from centre, so you need a taxi. During peak hours they are not available. Othr than that, a nice place!

Good hostel although I was only there for 1 night on a stopover on the way to Peru. Staff were helpful and english speaking although the taxi they called me tried his best to overcharge, basically tried to charge me double what I paid with a radio taxi for the same journey the day before, (it wasnt a radio taxi but a private jeep). Also the lockers in the dorm wouldnt fit either of my locks, one of which is big and should do for any hostel locker...other than that no complaints, it did the job!

Great hub, returned several times. Conveniently located in safe residential area Urdesa Central. Excellent food close by. Cheap bus to center of GYE (don't miss top of Las Peñas). Taxi from/to Airport or Terminal Terrestre (main bus terminal) only around 5 $. Nice pool and bar, good to meet other travellers, very friendly staff. Verena books great last minute Galapagos trips for you. I arrived on Wed. night, and left only 2 days later to the islands (which are amazing). Danke schön, Verena! :)

Really odd place - had a lovely garden and pool area, but inside was like a building site. Rooms were very very basic, reception area was not finished, kitchen was dirty and showers were cold. Nice outside area - although the pool needed cleaning. Generally people around to meet, breakfast was ok. Quite a bit out of town and as we were there on a holiday the staff couldn´t help with our galapagos trip

Nice location with very helpfull staff. Landry was finished even sameday :-) so we could continue our trip with clean clothes. Nice breakfast was served beside the pool - transfer to the Airport at the time as agreed (5$).

A nice enough hostel, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I guess all of Guayaquil is sort of sketch so I don't necessarily blame the hostel for being in a slightly shifty area. The pool was nice and so were the other backpackers.

Far from town but a good airport base. Room was big enough, beds uncomfortable! Pool was good, breakfast alright.

Really enjoyed our time here. We arrived there at 4am due to our bus being early to town and they were accomadating with letting us use another spare room to sleep in until the morning. They helped us book our 5 day Galapogas cruise and managed to get a great deal. The location is a bit away from the city centre but there is plenty around the area with supermarkets and restuarants.
