Hostel One Barcelona Centro Reviews

We stayed two nights at Hostelone and enjoyed both. They recommended a fantastic free walking tour and a great pub crawl. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. They also have an awesome bar and hang out basement that we used before going out. Staff was awesome!! Stay here! :)

The communal atmosphere at HostelOne is phenomenal. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers and go out for a night on the town. There are no elevators so I recommend traveling light if you plan to stay at HostelOne. All in all, a great experience.

This hostel is set up so well for meeting other travellers, and the staff really care about the people staying there and clearly enjoy spending time there. Gonza is a legend!

I went with five friends to Hostel One as for a weekend trip. We booked a six dorm room and we slept all together. The hostel is spacious and very clean. It all triggers the holiday atmoshpere. The staff is helpfull and the mojuito is only 4€ in the bar. I recommend it to every traveller.

Hostel One Barcelona was by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff members were very polite and took the time to sit down with us and tell us what the top tourist attractions were. The Hostel was very clean and the kitchen facilities were very nice. If I ever go back to Barcelona, I will definitely stay at Hostel One Barcelona again.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the bar was loads of fun and the hostel itself was really nice! I cant say enough good things about this place.

Awesome people, great time. the only negative really was the internet was hit or miss. TONS of nice big showers, they made food at night, was super nice and delish! would stay again, but get that internet fixed and it'd be a perfect place to call home for a bit

Great hostel, tons of fun events, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Clean, tons of computers and good internet connection, plenty of showers. Loved it here!

Private washrooms with sinks were GREAT. For females, a community hairdryer is available. The cleaning staff was always present. The atmosphere was great with lively activities every night. Great computer access (sometimes slow). And, you can store your rented bikes INSIDE the hostel, which is nice. No complaints! Suggestions: shelving/hooks in the shower rooms, and spray cleaner for a quick rinse down of the shower beforehand would be prime:)

The noise at night was terrible. There are signs around the hostel saying "please be quiet after midnight in order to respect others sleeping" nobody respects them as people were constantly talking, SLAMING DOORS, until 4 AM. This is totally unacceptable as the staff should have intervened at some point. The hostel had such high ratings on staff and overall personality, that it seemed almost that staff members were afraid to tell people to be quiet.

Hostel One is for me so far the best Hostel i ever stayed in and there where plenty all over Europe, You getting everything You need and more then You expect great facilities kitchen , dining area, clean showers and toilets rooms spacey mine was even with a balcony, Internet access and Wifi in the rooms as well. But i was most impressed by the staff they always ready to help and made me fell welcome from the second i arrived.Great Bar where every night had his start before going out.

Great location, great building, and very helpful and friendly staff. I have already recommended to several of my friends that this is the best place to stay and experience Barcelona. I stayed twice over a period of about two weeks!

This is one of the best hostels i've ever been to, extremely clean & nice facilities, open, friendly atmosphere! I would highly recommend this hostel! There really are endless good things to say about this hostel!

I loved my stay at the hostel, not only due to its location and comfort but because the staff is amazing!! They were really hepful and made excellent suggestions as to what to see in the city and in other cities as well. I had a lot of fun!!!! They made me feel really comfortable and I felt as if I were at home, especially when Nacho cooked! Thanks to everyone Tincho, Nacho, Julian, Gonzalo and Candy for making my visit to Barcelona perfect!

The atmopshere in hostel one barcelona centro is just great! Staff is extremly friendly and helpful (plenty of sightseeing suggestions and dinner included :-) and it's easy to get to know other travelers. The rooms and the hostel in general are spacious and clean and you have everything you need (e.g. light and two socket at every bed, many computers, good and enough facilities). I can just reccomend it! Ah, only one thing: it's easier to go to arc de triomf station instead of Plaza Cataluña.

I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this is definitely one of the best, if not the best hostel I've stayed in. It was my second time staying here (first time as part of a group, 2nd time alone) and had an amazing time both stays. With some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've seen, a huge kitchen and common area, a bar, ping pong table, foosball table and TV downstairs, tons of free computers, and a great location, this hostel has everything to make your stay in Barcelona awesome
