I think the biggest issue was cleanliness for me. The bathroom and bedroom were cleaned, but not very well.

We have stayed a 3 nights at this hostel and our experience is NEVER AGAIN. The room was for 6 persons, the wall to toilet and bathroom was all covered with dump, room and the bathroom together with toilett was so stinky, really bad smell round the room, way to kitchen in downstair the same problem with dump, very bad hygienic standards

Had an excellent time here, central location and great value for money. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful organising events during the evenings and keeping me occupied playing ping pong when it was hosing down with rain :) would definitely stay here again!

The reception desk could be opened 24h every day like some others hostels. I needed checked out at 5:00 AM but there were none staff person whom I could give my key. Except for this observation, everything was ok.

This hostel is located in a very spanish house. There is plenty of space to socialize. They have computers with free internet access and a large kitchen. Right next doors there is a Tapas restaurant where the food's pretty descent.

The was the dirtiest, nastiest hostel I have ever been in. The staff was unorganized and horrible. There was never toilet paper, the showers were disgusting and never seemed to get cleaned. They didn't give us the correct key to the door, and then wouldn't answer it for us when we rang. They were unhelpful about local places. They seem to think it's okay to let their workers live in the hostel, and leave their stuff spread all around the room. DIRTY. You'd be better on the street.

To say the least, this hostel was horrendous. It was extremely dirty, the bathrooms were uncleaned and without toilet paper, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the rooms smelled badly and had no ventillation. The wifi only worked half of the time and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The hostel was so gross that my friend and I elected to stay the night in the airport before we left Sevilla rather than spend another evening in Hostel One. The price should have been cut in half .

The 2 bed dorm has low ceiling that make us feel restricted.

Please hire professional staff who can take care of the customers. We couldn't sleep at all because of the loud party noise coming from the staff, and when we tried to ask them to keep it down, they were too drunk to understand what we were trying to say. So the party music was on until midnight, everyday!!! They also forgot our laundry, we got it back just before our check out time, and it was still wet. 40 euros per person per night for this kind of level was just far away from acceptable.

Went during Semana Santa which made getting to the Hostel a little more difficult due to roads being cut off and the Hostel being right at the centre of it. But once we overcame this hurdle it was so central a 5 minute walk from the main shopping street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet and has 5 PCS with free internet access in the lobby.

Hostel One has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.( I have stayed there multiple times) They have 5 computers for guests to use the internet on freely. The kitchen is amazing, and has some free food guest also. The Hostel is located in a great spot in the city for sightseeing. Its easy to get to the airport, train station and bus station from the hostel. And best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable. Over all, i would rate this hostel

They have nightly events which are sometimes good, like the free flamenco show or bar crawl. Tries to be the "party hostel". Overall the noise isn't horrible though if you want yo sleep. Staff is excellent!
