Orange hostel is an ideal place to stay. We had free parking, free WIFI which worked very well, free use of their laptop, a welcome drink, polite and helpful staff, VERY clean room, bathroom & kitchen. We were a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hvar - very convenient location. We would highly recommend this hostel. Very good value for your dollars. They are very organized, have rules and the place is nice and quiet - ideal for couples or people that dont want a party style hostel.

Everything was good, except for the fact that i was bitten by insects every night while i was asleep. Someof these resulted in large lumps on my back.

Ive was a very caring host and spoke good English. We were greeted with a glass of orange juice on arrival and thorough orientation of Hvar and its attractions. We were allowed to leave our luggage for the day as our ferry didn't leave till 5.00. The rooms and shared kitcken were spotless.

We had a great stay at Orange! We loved being greeted with drinks, information and city maps when we first arrived. The location was great - we loved being so close to the harbour, actually seeing the ocean from our bedroom! The hostel was clean, offered a fully functioning kitchen, a great price and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend Orange!

We had the best room on the top floor at street level, with lovely view, right next to the shared kitchen.Other guests may have to go up 3 floors to it. Lovely shady terrace at lowest level.Large room & bathroom, all immaculately clean. Towels changed every two days. Quiet spot, nice walk along alleys above the sea to centre of Hvar town, which is busy, but beautiful. Ive not there when we arrived but Mum got him on the phone and plied us with Orange juice while he explained things. Recommended

nicely located, 10 minute walk from the center of everything and at the same time in the quiet area of the town. Ask for the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a view. will have to pay a little more, but would get a nice view.

What a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful island. Ive is a great host; he welcomed us with orange juice, gave us a home-made map, and was really friendly and talkative throughout. The room was great with an ensuite and air conditioning. Location was also very good. The only downside is that it's probably not the best place to meet people. Otherwise it was perfect.

Ive, the host of Orange, is incredibly nice! We had a bedroom with bathroom, and the only thing is that the bedroom was a little bit small (but we were barely always outside de room, so it doesn't really matter), but everything else was just perfect! It was really a great place.

Very charming hostel, with a nice terrace. Clean but small rooms. Owner greeted us with orange juice and showed us the neighborhood on the map, locating the restaurants and bars. Well located, but in a place as small as Hvar, very few places are far from the center of the action. Only one bathroom for the entire hostel, so it can get crowded.
