You cancel my prenotation and now you ask me about my room? Are you crazy? I'd like ti have my 38€ back!!

The bed and linens were clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was okay. The only thing that made me think ''are you serious?'' over there was that they made us pay extra for printing boarding passes.. Really? After 5 nights at 30 euros in average... You really needed that extra 50 cents? Well, I've never been in the same hostel twice in Ams, I guess I'll keep looking for another place next time. Still nothing to keep you from going there, but definitely made me smile. But, free map! Cheers!

It has two very huge CONS: no breakfast and kitchen, and our room stank, there was a really ugly smell coming from the bathroom, and the bed was really uncomfortable. Beside that, the location was near than I thought from downtown, but that´s because Amsterdam is really tinny.

Other than a bad sewage smell from the toilet which only happened when you flushed the toilet it was great! Warm room, clean bedding, balcony and helpful staff! People are moaning about it being bad but for the cost you pay you get a good deal! Thanks :-))

You could pay the same amount and get a much better place. The first room we had was in the basement, our window was as thin as paper and it didn't feel very safe at all. It was noisy and cold and after a day it smelt like sewage. We moved to another room which had a window facing the stairs, and an air vent allowing us to hear everything other guests were saying. The beds were so uncomfortable too. The only good thing was the shower, warm and powerful but I suggest you bring your own towels
