It was lucky for me to find Hotel Paradise in Nice. The most amazing thing about it was from the first sight! It locates just in between the boutique of LV and GA! How surprise! Considering its affordable price! The stuff were friendly and warm, actually it was like a small hotel, quite a bargain!

Very good position, just in the centre. it looks like more an hotel then a hostel. I have been in a private double room and it has been a pleasent stay.

Actually this review is on the Hotel Meyerbeer Beach a parter of Paradis Hostel. Paradis staff moved us there because they had a problem with the hot water for the same price. They were so kind and our stay at hotel Meyerbeer beach was very nice.

The room was 6 beds in an attic, which was cute, but it had a funny musty smell. Ensuite bathroom also smelled and there was no hot water which was really annoying!!!!! The lifts only went to the third floor and it was difficult to carry luggage up the increasingly narrow steps to the 5th floor. Location was good. Staff was alright.

It's a really old hostel with classic lift which you usually only see in movies. There is bathroom inside the room. The room is very crammed, almost no space to walkabout. There is no locker, but there is safebox for some valuables. The location is great though, right in the middle of shopping street, sandwiched by LV and Armani. Walking distance to the train station is quite far, but walkable, and the road to train station doesn't seem to be very safe.

Helpful staff, good location, but the room was dirty and unconfortable. Just go there only if you don't care about the cleanliness and the comfort. I do not recommend even if it is cheap.

Staff was wonderful, gave us so much help on things to do around Nice and the surrounding area. The 4 person room had a moldy bathroom with no ventilation, so everything was moist in the room. The beds were super uncomfortable, you could feel the bar in your back as you slept. Our roommates definitely lived there...the 40 year old man stayed there during the day watching Italian TV and eating Chinese takeout...so I would get a 2 person room if you're not up for that experience.

MOre like a share room Hotel than hostel. Very clean and comfortable considering how cheap it is but that is because you are literally renting the bed to sleep in and that's it. No kitchen or common room. NIce staff, great location. WOuld recommend if you just want a comfortable place to sleep and are busy all day.

The staffs at the front desks were lovely and extremely helpful! My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and we got to eat at the nicest/cutest restaurants. The facilities seemed old but clean. I would definitely recommend checking out the sister hostel. This hostel doesn't have a common area to hang out with other people. My friend and I went to the sister hotel to use their computer and met a lot of people there who also recommended us good places to eat (we're big foodies ;]), hang out, see, etc.

This was more of a budget hotel. Very basic buy the location was amazing and the staff friendly an helpful. It is across the road from the beach and a very short walk into the old town, as well as being close to the designer stores. It was lacking a common room, however you are able to use the facilities at their sister hostel which is about a 5-10 min walk away that does gave a common area/kitchen, although I never went so cannot vouch.

Good location and nice staff. All the extras are at a different location that is close and more lively. Use for good location and a quite simple place to sleep. Flora was very helpful and great!

I think that the rooms should get renovated. They are not terrible, but cracks on the walls destroy the impression. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It is like a hotel not really a hostel. If u want hostel atmosphere apparently they have a sister hostel w kitchen etc. Our room had a fridge which was handy and our own bathroom. Hot water was hit and miss. No security in rooms, but we had no problems. Staff were awesome and friendly, location was awesome. Would prob stay elsewhere next time but no real complaints

Hostel Paradis has excellent location, staff is really helpful and the stay was fun. I also stayed at hostel Meyerbeer Beach which is ultimately (with its exceptional party atmosphere) the best hostel I have ever been to. Everything you need is just there and the charming French receptionist “Audrey” is happy to help you with absolutely anything. Definitely recommend both hostels to visit..
