Location is excellent, you can walk anywhere (shops, beach, park with amazing water features, old town). That's why rates are slightly higher than other hostels in the city, but you'll save the money for public transport. My room was very nice and the bathroom was clean and shapely. Staff members are kind and pleasant. There are no common spaces and you'll hardly meet other travellers, that could be good or bad depending on your goals (a quiet and silent stay vs a "youth hostel" atmosphere).

There was not really a hostel feel because there was no common room and there wasn't a kitchen or anything. The man at the front desk was not very friendly and that kind of annoyed us, but the woman we talked to at the desk was super nice and helpful. Wish there would have been lockers. We started off in a 5 person room on the fifth floor which was okay, but were moved down to a much nicer room on the second floor that had a tv, coffee pot, and a much nicer bathroom.

location was fabulous, but there is no parking. it is in the heart of town with dream shops right below. the staff was pleasant. steep stairs and limited elevator, so pack lightly. overall a positive stay.

I stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bed dorm. There were separate 3 single beds and the stay was pretty comfortable. The room was cosy and good..well maintained and they took care of cleanliness. The South African girl who is at the reception during evening and night is pretty sweet and helping. The hostel is located at an awesome location. Just loved my stay there.

the location and the price were the reasons why i chose it. and yes, they were outstanding. but not many facilities there. everything that i needed were in their sister hostel.... no breakfast. average level.

Clean, convenient, well-located. But more like a hotel than a hostel - may not have the best atmosphere for travellers wishing to meet other travellers.

very good place well located, clean, I recommande it

Really enjoyed my three night stay here. Audrey at the reception was so lovely and helpful. Rooms were also clean - no issues with them at all. It would have been nice to have a kitchen, however it's not a big deal if you're out and about. There were no lockers in the room, which is a bit unfortunate but I found no issues with stuff getting stolen. Good wifi connection throughout and it is located in a lovely strip.

Great location. Good for the price. Nice staff. Would go back :)
