Keep your staff as friendly and helpful as they are now - they are the greatest asset to the hostel. During our stay the only trouble we experienced was with the excessive heat in both rooms that we used (on the 7th and on the 12th floor).

As said before it's more of a hotel than a hostel (one floor reserved for hostel rooms). I had booked a bed in a 4 bed dorm but got put in a twin room with en suite which was a nice surprise. All the services are on a hotel level (e.g. rooms cleaned and beds made daily). As such it's a great value for money but if you're looking for socialising options with fellow travellers then you won't find many here.

We arrived in the morning and at that moment we were informed that the check-in time was at 14.00 hs, this was very annoying for us. The twin room was fine, it looked like a hotel room. There wasn't any common room nor kitchen.

More of a hotel than a hostel as such no kitchen, however beds were comfy, there was a tv to watch when bored, internet was ok/patchy at times in the rooms, great location though.
