Room was better than expected, good for the price. Room had our own fridge and was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The aircon was great and so nice! Downsides were that Breakfast was a bit plain and the room had a lot of street noise.
Perfectly fine hostel, best part is the location close to Nice Ville train station and walking distance to pretty much everything. Atmosphere was great due to the other hostellers, met some really nice people and that made up for anything else.
Staff were amazing except for one older guy.. Look location was amazjging.. Belongings Felt very secure and and had a good social feel to it Would stay again
It is a good location because you are 5 min away from the station and you just need to go the street straight down to get to the beach :) The staff are quite welcoming :) But I had internet problems in the mornings, our room was very dirty and you could find teach and dirt in the room, the bathroom was not cleaned regularly either so the trash was sometimes over full...
Over-priced for what you get. My bed had an itchy blanket with holes in it, and the lockers are big enough for a day-bag. The free breakfast consists of toast and cereal (between 7am-9:30am). I did like the location, only 5mins from the station and 15mins from the beach. Each room has a shower and basin, but no toilet. From what I saw, there were only 2 toilets located around the Hostal. All-in-all, it did its job, but shouldn't be the price it is. Big ups to the pet tourtise, Denise.
We only stayed one night, after a horrible train ride from Marseille (no air con in the middle of summer) they were kind enough to upgrade us from a mixed 4 bed dorm to a private room-no extra charge which we thought was fantastic. The hostel is right by the Nice Ville train station and in the centre of town.

Very close to train station on arrival. 15 minute walk to the beach is a bit much for a lazy person but you can take the tram. Staff here are great, the blokes have great banter, very helpful, knowledgable and happy to help with anything. Rooms are very well air conditioned which is important for Nice. Mattresses were thin and bedding old. Kitchen and common area really good, but it's a small hostel so there's not heaps of people. Great for price.
Friendly staff, great location. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms on either day I was there, but otherwise the place has what you need.
Great location and very easy to find, close to train station (walk a little to get bus 23 instead of 99 to the airport for 1.50€) cheap eats, the beach, the promenade, and shopping. All the guys working there were super friendly, great terrace to hang out on, and it was the first stable, unsqueaky top bunk I've ever slept on!!
Appreciate the help the clerk gave me. He know what he talking about. Didn't tell you how when you show up you need to pay 20€ for the keys (as "security") do not wash clothes here! It is cheaper at the laundry mat and they lost my shirt. This is a short walk from the beach (which is the best). AC in the room. Good exp overall, minus the staff.

Shower in our room was blocked so couldn't shower for long or it would overflow. About a 10 min walk to the beach and surrounded by food stores which was good. One staff was really helpful and lovely and the other really rude and arrogant when we asked for help. Amazing to have a hostel with aircon!!! Enjoyed this hostel and would stay again.
Hostel was expensive for what you receive. Breakfast was poor also. Location of the hostel was very good though, right next to the station. and a 10min walk to the beach. Atmosphere was strange as the only common area closes at 10pm (still sunlight in summer), so if you would like a drink you have to drink in the kitchen.
Great location; super close to the train station, supermarkets are close, cheap feeds close by, the beach is an easy walk too. The staff were very friendly and the outdoor area was awesome. Met some great people here. Would definitely come back!
Good place, great location. Would return. Free breakfast
This hostel is right in the thick of Nice, everything worth seeing was well within walking distance. The hostel offered a pleasant nights sleep. Air con is always a bonus and the rooms had their own showers. However they need a 'beware of tortoise' sign. That little guy is ferocious!
I had a great stay here. Wifi worked well and my room (twin private) was perfect. I had my own shower and even had a small fridge. The staff was very helpful as well.
Great location, friendly staff. Our train was delayed so we couldn't be there on time and even though the reseption closes at 11pm, we've got service at 01am. Also the air conditioning is perfect and they have ceiling fans in the rooms.
Very clean and free breakfast which is a bonus. We stayed in a four bed female dorm and it was perfect. We had an ensuite, but there was no toilet in the room, which was a pain but manageable. The location is a bit far from the beach but definitely within easy walking distance. Located right next to the main shopping strip and train station.
