Nice place, makes you feel at home! Rooms can be a bit cold, but the extra blankets do fine!

Very charming stay, it feels like home. Thin walls but that's no problem, there are only 4 rooms. Owner speaks only Spanish but is very helpful. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

We had booked 3 nights but the owner doesn't speak english and us no spanish so it all git confused and he thought we were off trekking for a few days and when we came back from our tour we had no room! Luckily he had another hostel so we were able to move...he is lovely but seems a bit disorganised! Our room door handle was almost falling off so didnt feel very secure! Hostel looks pretty ramshakle but in fact is very clean, great shower, the best breakfast we have had for awhile, kitchen good.

Don't expect a luxury hostel but this one is really authentic!. Breakfast is good, and the internet + computer is very good. The owner Manuel is great! He doesn't speak English but he helps you in his own way. Did feel like a home, not like a hostel. we stayed there for 5 nights.

The staff is very nice and tries to be very accommodating. They aren't the best with figuring out rooms because they don't decide which one you stay in until you get there, so it is kind of random if you will get the bed setup you want. Internet is good. The walls are thin, so if the owner is up watching TV or people are hanging out late, it can be hard to sleep. The breakfast is so so...jam, white bread (not always fresh), tea, yogurt.

It felt like a home stay. They were waiting for us when we arrived, and were very helpful in arranging our tours and informing as to what to do. We really liked this hostel and would go there again.

The hostel was really great! It was clean and the owners were very friendly. They even booked our bus tickets for Torres del Paine. I would recommend this hostel to anyone traveling in Puerto Natales!

This hostel was really homey, it's basically a house that has been turned into a guest house. It was a really chilled & comfortable place to relax after Torres del Paine. The lady who runs it is super helpful and nice. She lays out breakfast late at night, so you can have it super early before heading out to your trek, or much later if your post trek and recovering! Had everything we needed, kitchen, internet, wifi etc. Strongly recommend if yoú`re looking for somewhere quiet.

Positive: the owners were really nice and gave us good advices about visiting Torres del Paine and making arrangements for the Navimag. Negative: only the owners worked in the hostel and since they were not always there we had to wait a lot for them to return just to ask something. The hostel was really old, it wasn't well maintained. The place itself lacked atmosphere..

Well that is a rather small family run hostel, where the innkeeper speaks only spanish.. (however his wife speaks rather good english, we hardly ever met her though).. Breakfast was good - overall very good value for your money. Only downside is, that its location is rather far form the main street.. (however Puerto Natales is not a really big place - you are on the main street in 5-10min)...

They have the best staff ever! They were really nice and helpful with everything we asked for. Starting from storing our luggage to finding an adaptor for my hairdryer. Although it felt a bit rustic at the first, it turned quickly into a homelike atmosphere. Compared to loads of other hostels I've been to the breakfast, was plentiful and good. I would definitely stay there again.

If you like a home atmosphere, not noise, simple and comfortable space, this is your place. Don't expect somebody baby sitting you. The owners live 50 meters away and let you do your life. They are going to help you at any case, just tell them.

Good hostel and friendly staff but the walls were paper thin so when trying to sleep you could hear everything that was happening in the lounge area. Also felt the staff were quite disorganised as had to keep asking when wanted something booked and were not told about entry fee into national park so had to borrow off other tourists.

Very nice owners, so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best that we had yet at a hostel. It was very cozy and more like a B&B than a hostel. The internet was not working so Maurice (owner) brought over his laptop so that we could use the wi fi on it. We stayed here before the park (they booked our bus tickets) and we decided to stay afterwards because they were so nice.
