Really nice rooms - big and with comfy beds. Pick-up from airport and drop-off to our next destination (camping). Breakfast was simple but nice - even had tablecloths! Wifi was very slow and patchy even when sat right by the router.Overall would recommend.

This is a great place to stay on Easter Island. A delicious breakfast (coffee/tea, juice, warm sandwiches, jam, scrambled eggs/ham and cheese), friendly people who pick you up from Mataveri airport, well-equiped kitchen with a large oven, spacious rooms with good storage facilities, and finally a decent bathroom with hot shower. What else do you need? Recommended for the budget traveler!

A great place to stay!! Staff is very friendly and helpful and gave me good tips about the island! And they even picked me up from the airport which was really nice.

nothing special.

Really nice place, although the owner doesn't easily smile, he is friendly and helpful and even offers a free pickup service from the airport. The breakfast is also amazing, taking into account South American breakfast standards. You even get fresh scrambled eggs. Only negative point were the cockroaches. We left our window open one night and ended up with 7 huge cockroaches in our room... But I think they just came from outside, since Hanga Roa seems to be crawling with them...

The owners were friendly and welcoming.

Worst staff we ever encountered, tried to make us pay the deposit twice and were very angry when we refused. Made us pay for an extra day for storing our luggage. First night I had a cocoruch in my bed and there were lots of them in the kitchen.

The owner runs a hostel by himself. He met us at the airport about what we were informed, so it was very nice suprise. He also gave us the way back to the airport. He is willing to help but unfortunately does not speak English. The hostel is located just 5 minutes from the central part of the town but the shops you can find just at the coner.

We did not know what kind of facilities were allowed us to use first of all. No one understands English and no explanations were made. I understand Chile is not English speaking country but the basic English like numbers and information about the village, is must otherwise they should have information in English. There was nobody in the reception after we checked in. I felt a bit weird in this place. But for Spanish speaking customers should have different experiences for sure.
