I had a very good time in this hostel. It is close to the leaning tower and there is a supermarket in walking distance. The hostel itself is a old Villa from the 1930s, it's lovely decorated and they have a small garden, sun terrace and a BBQ place. Great to chill out after sightseeing on sunny days. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Alexandra! Grazie mille ragazzi :)

This is a real backpacker hostel with a VERY nice atmosphere. All necessary facilities are provided. The one and only disadvantage is: no breakfast!

Good stay, close to the tower and cathedral and a short walk from the station. Facilities to make breakfast but not a fully equipped kitchen, and only two bathrooms between all rooms. However the staff were very friendly and the location was faultless

Overall good value for money. Hostel is close to Pisa tower and train station "San Rossore" which is convenient for day trips to the area... The room i stayed in (in the backyard) had quite a dirty bathroom (spiderwebs all over).

This place is really the best place to stay in Pisa. I have been in many hostels (just to lazy to write references :) but it isnt Hostel it is home! First of all it is great reseptionist - Patricia - This person just the best who welcomed me in hostel during all "my hostel career":)Secondly, design of hostel: super garden with cool terrace, sweet kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms - everything is very stylish and has soul!Thirdly, location - perfecto! Thanks to PisaTower hostel and Patricia!

Nice place to stay. Very quiet, no real social or "party" vibe though! Showers are hopeless.. Hardly any water pressure! But the building is so old so it's sort of understandable. It's very clean but you get locked out/kicked out of your rooms for cleaning at 11am. Very good location, very close to the leaning tower! (5-10 minute walk from the entry)

Good location 5 min from Tower. Friendly staff and easy going atmosphere. However, I found the room across the garden a bit dark (narrow windows with fixed curtains). Why not paint it with more cheerful colors like the rooms in the main house?

Excellent location and nice staff. Would stay again!

Staff were very nice and location was very convenient if you want to see the Pisa tower. I stayed in a female dormitory for 6, even though only 3 checked in. Towels and soap/shampo/etc are available for an extra charge. The shower sucked in the Leonardo room- only a small amount of water would come out. -_-

This hostel is very good in terms of location, value for money, cleanliness, and security - they have lockers in rooms, you just need to bring a padlock. However if you are looking for a very social hostel with lots of young people this one is unlikely to be for you as there were few people there to socialise and many were in their 30s (my group was teenagers). That said, perhaps there aren't any very social hostels in Pisa in September, as the city isn't that popular for young people.

I arrived at the hostel at around midnight and left early in the morning, but from what I experienced the hostel was nice. The staff was friendly and the facilities good. The hostel is right across the street from the tower of Pisa so the location couldn't be any better.

Great hostel, great staff, right next to the tower!

Great place! It's a smaller hostel but this is great because you meet everyone from the hostel in the communal areas which is great for solo travellers! So close to the tower so you can walk there in like 2 minutes. Also the staff there are so nice and helpful! There is an older gentleman behind the desk who provides so much helpful information! He even helped me find a place to get a sim card! Total champ!

very good place!!! so quiet and very good people. beautiful!!

Apart from the water pressure (which given the age of the hostel, it is understandable) the location and staff were an absolute delight. I wish Fabrio, Patricia, and Antonio all the best for making my stay a pleasant one - the location could not be better.

I have so much to say about Hostel Pisa Tower, if you are travelling to Pisa DEFINITELY stay there. The location was about 3 minutes from the tower, the atmosphere was so lovely and friendly and the staff were the best I have encountered during my 3 weeks travelling in Italy. There is a balcony where you can sit with wifi and watch the sunset, a table tennis table and even an Xbox!! It was such a lovely place with people of all ages and nationalities mixing and chatting! Amazing place to stay!
