In terms of value for money this hostel was excellent. Great atmosphere, bar open all night, good wifi, clean beds and bathrooms. Location is decent, few minutes from the train station and half an hour walk to the Tower. Would stay there again.

Great atmosphere at the hostel! Tons of young people and very friendly staff.

Pretty incredible value for money! Staff are happy to help with anything, 5 minutes from the station, clean and good facilities, atmosphere is good because everyone is downstairs!

It was good. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I had a good time there

Great as always. Stayed here four years ago and the place is still as good or even better.

This hostel is descent for he price you pay. The wifi is good. The staff are friendly. There is a common area where you can meet other travelers. I stayed here for multiple days and ran day trips to Florence, Cinque Terre, and sienna. This hostel was way cheaper than any of the hostels in those places as far as what you got for the price you paid. Beds were kinda crappy and they use keys instead of key cards like most others. Overall a solid place for a person backpacking Europe.

They throw you out in the middle of the day to clean the rooms. The cleaners took our water bottles and threw them away. Maybe not a big deal, but they were real sport bottles and we had put them amoung our stuff on a little bench in the room so they wasn't just laying around. We confronted the staff about it. And they weren't really understanding or helpful. One guy called the cleaning service and told us that he could show us the dumpster so we could look for them.

Staff was so helpful especially Jay, good prices and a great place to meet other travellers!

Staff was amazing! So friendly and accommodating. We rented some bikes and the chain kept falling off one so they tried to help us fix it and it took awhile so they let us keep the bikes out for an hour longer. The bar/ chill out area was a good place to meet new people ! They had the soccer game on a big screen outside too so if you're into soccer that's a bonus ! Rooms were clean and very spacious. Would 100% recommend

Good location in town, staff friendly and nice to all, rooms were clean, although no locked storage available in room. Outdoor area was nice on a hot evening.

Hey, thanks for your review. Just want to clarify that every room has lockers, to close the lockers, just bring a standard small size padlock, or buy it at reception for €1,99

Lovely hostel with great common areas. Staff were good and they do cheap food and drinks. Had an issue in the morning though. They had a planned electricity outage for a few hours which they had advertised and informed me in advance. Didn't realise they wouldn't have any running water though. Other than that, a fine place to stay.

The staff was friendly and nice, and the dinner buffet was great!

Really clean hostel and only a short walk from station. Says they have a kitchen but it's not for guest use. They offer an all you can eat buffet for €7. It's not really worth it, the food is mediocre and you can get better pizza for the same price only a short walk away. Probably the cleanest hostel I've been in which was great. Down side with the bathroom in our dorm was that the shower is open so water goes everywhere. Majority of the staff were great, except a few girls who came off as rude.

The hostel atmosphere and ammenities are great. Would have been a perfect stay had one of the guys in my room not snored extremely loudly half the night, causing me to not be able to fall asleep until really late, albeit the hostel could not do something to prevent that.

Good location, close to train station. Friendly staff, good food. Our room overlooked the train tracks so it was a little loud. Only thing we didnt like was the bathroom had a large frosted glass window so even though you couldnt see directly in you could still pretty much see whatever you were doing in there. Other than that a good stay, would stay here again.

good location and helpful staff, the only thing i hate is the bed is not comfortable

The shower did not have hot water and it was pretty cold in the room during the night.

Very convenient for getting to the airport. I only stayed for one night to catch a morning flight. The room I stayed in was alright but the full six person room got extremely stuffy and I was very glad to leave in the morning to get fresh air. The lobby seemed very relaxed and fun and having access to an outside area was great.

Everything about our stay here was good except the wifi . Everytime you change floors you have to log into the wifi and it sometimes just doesn't even work when you are logged in. Also your not aloud to bring your own alcohol so instead you have to pay outrageous amounts for beer or wine at the hostel!

Hey, we really apologize for the wifi, it actually works everywhere, and since we have 4 different routers (on 4 different floors), on the last floor for example, you just have to connect to the router with the strongest signal. About the alcohol, this is the way can have the alcohol and drunk people under control, how we can prevent that people get extremely drunk. "outrageous amounts" :-D 2€ for a cold house beer - 6€ for a bottle! of wine - 1€ shots

My friend and I stayed at Hostel Pisa and had an okay experience. We found it very inconvenient that everyone had to be out of their rooms between the hours of 12:00-3:00 for cleaning. We did enjoy the atmosphere in the common area - met lots of great people. Location was pretty good, was able to walk to the Leaning Tower in half an hour. Found that the bunk beds were rather shaky.. If the person on the top bunk moved, it felt like an earthquake. But the staff was fantastic - 1€ shots!
